Igor, thanks for the video. It would be cool to see the inside of the pump, it doesn’t sound like it is using the same mechanism as the aquarium pump.

Yep, side-by-side the internals of the 2 pumps, BigClive style :D

I was just looking at the same air assist module as well as the correct glasses for different lasers. I noticed that you had green glasses. Aren't the diode lasers you are using blue lasers ? If they are, you should be using Orange glasses. The green glasses are for fiber lasers. Different types of lasers require different types of glasses. I'm just looking out for your safety. Check into the different types of glasses and what lasers use what color lenses. Especially because your laser lens broke... I'd hate to have you look at the laser with the wrong glasses. I hope I am able to help with this sometimes overlooked safety issue. Great video. Keep up the good work.

    Thanks for the test !
I actually find that the nozzle doesn't make sense.
They let holes at the top of the piece, meaning that air from the pump can actually escape there... and not through the nozzle itself.

Hey man. I can tell u there is a good reason for the holes....I bought the Atomstack Air Assist cuz i broke my Laser Lens with a DIY solution. ATOMSTACK wants around 100€ for a new one.
I had a 3D Printed one without any holes. The problem is that the heat accumulates inside the nuzzle if u dont turn on the air assisit pump. I just forgot to turn it on once. The plastic melted inside and the lens cracked. =( i think u dont need more than this. I also would prefer to buy only the nuzzles from atomstack and buy a stronger pump for less but whatever ^^

Same problem on the S20 BUT the nozzle on the S20 has only a 1.2mm inlet to the nozzle but attaches a 5mm ID tube?! Any I was able to drill it out to 3.2mm but the same problem existed with most of the air escaping out the back. For my nozzle I cut a 32.5mm disk of 2mm plywood with a 15mm hole which is a perfect fit for the lense tube. In addition I place a grommet over the tube, pushed into place when I place the nozzle over the lense, and I am getting great results, 1.3 better cutting results. Of course I am not and idiot and I don't run my laser w/o the air assist running, both for head and to keep crud off the lens protector. I have both the pump and laser on a smart switch so they start simultaneously.

I bought the same pump, I'm very disappointed, it doesn't blow as much as in this video, it just gives me bubbles fully open!!! There are other less expensive and more efficient pumps, so make your choice!

Be sure that the line of the pipe is not broken. My works fine since the review.

Igual a mi, mas lo que valen, a los 5 minutos calientan mas que mi estufa.

Maybe cut a small square to support the gap in the filter glass and prevent it from breaking

Excellent video. In how many passes did you cut the wood? What kind of wood is it? Is it 2 or 3 mm? Thanks.

Thank you for your video which is very comprehensive. Just checking, I have a Hailea Aquarium Motor and like to know if I can this with Atomstack X7 Pro 50W engraver for Air Assist application. Thank you.

Did you ever receive a new filter glass for your laser? Has not tightening the set screw helped keep the filter glass in tack? I just received mine and concerned it will break too. Any other tips, that don’t involve drilling into laser I would be thankful for

You could glue it if you don't want to mess with drilling and tapping.

érdekes a régi videóidban az akcentusról egyértelműen meg lehet alapítani hogy magyar vagy de ebben valahogy inkább indiainak hangzol
