This is great. I missed the planting window this year but will try next. I would love to see videos about what you are starting as we get into summer/fall and when you pull things. I'm unsure if I should keep nursing through my larger tomato plants or if I should start new seeds now. I pulled a couple that weren't healthy. Really enjoyed your citrus video too :).
That’s a great question, I don’t have a root cellar or an ideal place for storage, but I’ve been able to make it work keeping them in a dark-ish area with a fan for circulation. They do well for several months and that gives me time to enjoy them fresh and preserve some.
