I bought a pipe over 10 years ago. Didn't know how to use it. Put it in storage. 1 day.. found your videos. Watched them all. Now I'm a Piper. Just wanted to say a quick, "Thank You Sir.. Much Appreciated...."👍🏻👍🏻
@greyhorse1, Yes Sir, despite the fact I was a pipesmoker quite a long before Muttnchop YT channel even existed, I'd definitely recommend watching Chris videos to any starting out brand new pipesmoker, in order to save his time and that he'd avoid further frustrations. You know what's funny Muttonchop, as a truck driver TH-camr, when I'm out and about not working around my town or wherever, nobody knows who I am. However, once I'm at a truck stop or a warehouse etc., all the truckers that watch my videos come up saying "Hey Dave! You got me into trucking or I've been watching your videos for years!" So, I can 100% relate to what you were saying in the video about that. Awesome video. Been watching you for years myself now.

Great episode! I hope you do ‘get’ that you are beloved by the community. My wife is a public figure and she can never understand that in her world, she is like a superstar when she enters rooms. You are like that. Comes with a very long time doing a very good job. You are really appreciated!
I get it, but I am not used to it, in my life, I have tried to be more of a background figure, being thrust up front takes a little getting used to.

Sir I would just like to congratulate your success over the years on this platform. I’ve been watching your content now for a few years and I thoroughly enjoy every minute of your time. I started out wanting to remember my grandfather and the smell of the tobacco pipe he smoked and you talked me through how to properly obtain that 3yrs ago. I must admit I’ve been enjoying this hobby ever since and it certainly means a lot good sir. As always happy piping.

I live in Central Ohio but over the past few years always seem to miss this show (either another social engagement or I'm out of town for work) - seems to have grow a bit since I attended last. I'll have to see when that was. Some absolutely wonderful pipes!

Great video! Here's something you might find interesting.... I just got home from China yesterday after a month of teaching there. In China, they have TH-cam and Google blocked, so I wasn't able to watch your videos...that is until I stumbled onto BiliBili (the Chinese's answer to TH-cam). Lo and behold, your entire series on how to smoke a pipe was on there. Looks like you have a good size following in China as well! Anyway, with only 3 hours of teaching a day, there was a lot of downtime, so your videos kept me sane. Thanks, Muttnchop! Keep em coming.

Along with many others, I thank you. You have formed a congregation of brethren pipers from all over who owe you many thanks for being the person that you are by simply sharing part of yourself with us each time you post a new video. Also, where did you get your waist pack that you happened to be sporting at the pipe show? I’ve been looking for something similar. Perhaps an upcoming product review on that?
So many people loved your tutorials, have you considered doing more. My question right now is if I want a second bowl. Do you start from scratch, simply add, etc. What's the best way?
Here is what I do, I empty the ash from my bowl, clean out the ash in the bowl with a pipe cleaner, run a couple of pipe cleaners down the bit. Through the shank, then refill my bowl, light it up, and enjoy.

Hello Chris I was wondering if I could send you some samples of tobacco? I remember from some of your earlier video’s that one of your favorite summer blends used to be Appalachian berry. how be it I’ve never tried the blend myself regretfully but I found a fantastic blend called devils holiday by Dan tobacco and I would love to get your take on it I would also like to send you some others to try as well I just need some mailing info I’m such a fan and I’m grateful to your teachings I would like to show a little gratitude to you

Can I use a Zippo to smoke a Pipe?
Honestly man I started watching your videos when I was 20 I didn’t care at all for cigarettes or vapes I wanted something time tested and something that my kids will remember. So many times while smoking in public I hear people mention their dads and grandfathers and the times they had with me. To have a memory brought back like that is what I hope to inspire.
