I have a couple of thoughts and maybe even a solution to one problem here: - The library is only for convenience as far as third party designs (including your own) are concerned, and in all fairness, they always said that it wasn't a valid backup facility. That is no excuse for the TOTAL FAILURE to provide access to the designs bought from their store via the library, because it is MEANT to be the constant access to the original SDS files. And no excuse for the poor quality of the new online store, either. - I run Silhouette Studio Business Edition and I own around 3,400 products from Silhouette Store. I've been a customer since the Design Store first came into being. - I have been among some of the first to regain access to their library. I'd like to know whether my overall customer status influenced when I was re-enabled. - I had a bad library crash in the past (about 2 years ago) and it took the Silhouette support team and me several weeks to solve it. I still have one folder I can't access, which will make Studio crash! At the end of the recovery "season", I asked them for a "pain killer" and got a voucher. Not much, but it never hurts asking! - I said I can sync, yeah - but some designs won't, 50 in total. I believe those are "retired" designs, as I can't find them in the store anymore. As Melissa mentioned, there is no way to bulk download. There is also no way to search within "your downloads" or "your orders". Therefore it didn't seem feasible to look for the 50 missing designs through all my orders (more than 3,400 designs - can you imagine how many orders that may have been?) So I did a guy thing - I angrily hit the mouse button several times (resulting in a perfectly civilized double click) on a design for which the download had just failed again. And would you believe it - IT OPENED! Even in offline mode. In online mode it even gave me the picture of the finished design for a short while so I could copy it into the file before saving it to hard storage. OMG this is a thing??? I just tried to use my Silhouette for the first time in ages and my Library was missing now I can't log in at all. I contacted support like 3 times and NOT ONCE did they bother to mention this was a THING going on 🙄
I'm having major issues getting to the library period. I was able to install Silhouette Studio Business Edition on my Surface Pro9, but when I go to log into my library the errors keeps saving waiting on server. I have tried all options that you have provided and none are working for me. I just decided tonight to put Silhouette on my Surface Pro9 since I stopped using my Dell Laptop and the only issue is not having access to my old files in the library I had saved since 2018. Any help would be great.
My issue with the Export is that there are folders with nothing in them. The files that show up are Silhouette and not SVG. Where did the SVG version go?
I have issues of the 100 free library shows failed download so when i click to retry there is an empty space but nothing is there but the item name is. also i can't connect with the Bluetooth but with the USB. and
So no one is replying to my emails. But if you try starting a convo with the bot on their website, it says this is a macos problem as well! 😫😫 ive tried updating everything and anything and still nothing💀 i hope they can recover my files😭😭

How do I tell which of my Library is SVGs? I now purchase the SVG files to use with another program.
I was able to revert back to 5/2024. Why does it not show in the Design Store the files I own?
