Background story: The picture of Dave sitting with an acoustic bassguitar is taken by me. I started chatting with him on ICQ after a short Q and A with him on my rock news website, rockhospital.com (not active anymore). I got invited to meet him when they played in my hometown. I asked if I could bring 2 friends (also fans of CRASHDÏET) and they all said yes. We first met them in the hotel room, where we talked and played music. It was me, 2 friends, Dave and Peter in the room. Lots of fun and Dave said "join us on our rehearsal!" we said yes. We were too young to attend the night club gig, so we were happy to see them live in a small setting. They did a small acoustic rehearsal. You might have seen a crappy live recording of "Lost Horizon", which is also recorded by me on a crappy phone from the time.
