Highly recommend you pour your favourite level of sauce on both the rice and chips to enhance the overall experience.

There's also "Roll'd"- a Vietnamese fast food chain. Sushi Train - Japanese sushi chain. They've been in Aus for about 30 years. Pie face (pie bakery chain - and you don't have to cook them yourself 😆)
