I knew from the beginning the log would win. It happened to me with a smaller log and a small chainsaw so I speak from experience. Where the knots from the other branches joined into the log, they are continuously through the center and even loosening the outer shell, a new shell is still hard, and so on until the center. I watched and was remembering my experience. I thought the chisel was only coming out the next day after burning the log. I’ll commend you guys on getting the chisel out before the burn but I did get a good laugh thanks to you Moe, Larry, and Curly. Behind the scenes always seems better than the actual video. Good job guys!
I have never seen anyone try to split wood with a crowbar LOL you need a mull and a sledgehammer and no the saw Zaw is not the proper tool either. You said you guys had a couple beers seemed more like it was a kegger watching you guys' LOL.I stopped it at about 8;00 min to smoke a bowel and then it was even funnier.
LMAO...no offense but there are boy scouts and lumberjacks laughing right now. I think I'm gonna show my scouts this, they will get a kick out of it. So for next time, bring an axe and a log splitter or wedge. I can't beleive no one had one. Its always in my tool kit along with a big hammer. Even with a hand axe you could use the hammer to split the log. You always split from the ends, not the sides. But it does make for a great video...Good job....
