This has been my biggest frustration . This is exactly the tutorial I’ve been looking for . I will try this tips and hope they work. I’ve wasted so much time ripping my hair out over these frustrations .
I had this issue. For me it was a Custom Header i designed. I had set the width to 160% to help with alignment of the content on desktop view, when previewing the mobile view, everything looked fine on the builder, but when viewing a phone, horizontal scroll was being forced. Using the Filter options, I isolated that the 160% was also applied to the mobile view, I set this to 100%/Auto and it fixed the problem. Just thought I would share :)
HERE IS ANOTHER WAY OF WORKING IT. (Great work! on vid BTW) Go to wireframe mode on the page/post in question. Disable all your sections for the phone and see if the menu is causing horizontal scroll still on your actual phone. If it's not the menu, then enable each section one at a time, save and then refresh the phone and check. When you eventually get the horizontal scroll bar, you can investigate that section you just enabled, fix the issue(s) then carry on to the next section till you have finished. Problem solved!
@@PeeAyeCreative Is there a way to do the same for tablets? On my Ipad (12,9"), I do not have the "Ipad" version I made responsive, but the desktop one. Any suggestion on how to improve that? Huge thanks
My Solution was simply to go on the visibility settings, in advanced panel of the section. And i checked the Horizontal parameter, I put it to "Hidden" . Don't know if its the good word. I use a french version of DIVI. Perhaps "horizontal overflow" > Hidden. I dit it on only one section of my page, because only one seems to be problematic. Hope it helps
Ahhhhhh Thank Youuu! I was like nah this can't be, theres gotta be something wrong cause my other pages from my site where normal. I end up using the CSS code in theme customizer because by the time I realize it I had way too many divs and rows lol. This works for now lol, Thank you !!!
I was actually looking for a lightweight method to make a blog horizontally scrollable for i display film covers, is there a way to make say a blog horizontally scrollable (like Netflix and D+ and such)
Thank you so much! I think this is brand new, I got an email from TH-cam and enabled it without doing any research into it. It actually did not notify me which is annoying as I wouldn't have even seen it if I hadn't looked on the "frontend" of TH-cam after reading your comment. Thanks again!

This tutorial is totally unrelated to that. There isn't any way to do that except with a plugin like Divi Carousel Maker.
Exact solution thanksss alott Sir
You're welcome, I'm glad!
Thanks a lot!!!
You're welcome!
thanks you save my life !
Exact solution thanks a lot, Sir.
Thanks, I noticed the problem after a plugin update, so it's probably a bug, by the way few lines of CSS code solved the issue.
Glad to help!
¡Gracias!
I never stop learning from you Nelson. I just discovered the Super Thanks button on your videos. I love it!!! And you deserve it.

Thanks Pee-Aye but it didn't work for me, but the following did :
@media all and (max-width: 980px) {
#page-container {overflow:hidden;}
}
Interesting, thanks for sharing!
This worked, thanks!
