It looks like a really good thing to do. I was just reflecting though, I don't reckon I've ever seen anyone do this. Either at club level, or pro level.
This is a group session I do to open up players minds on options to extend movement patterns, it becomes simple as long as you make early decision on how far away the ball will be in general. The Hop is another thing and it should be taught to all at all levels but it is not widely known before my videos.

Can you please tell what to do for left handed player like me..the steps will change?
The steps will not change at all, you simply do the same movements with the racquet in your other hand and time your swing. Let me know how you go.
