Your videos are gold. They help me think about my shot and movement differently (to my benefit). E.g., “snap hitting” has massively increased my deception. I am looking forward to trying this out!

This will change everything for your boast, you will never look back. Just don't go crazy with it, there is a reason boasts are used sparingly in PSA squash, get it slightly wrong and you open yourself up so make sure you have good body control before choosing to boast.

I love doing this shot. Why does cutting the ball make it drop faster? Does the ball actually rotate backwards off the side wall and front wall making it drop faster? And also, are you trying to put just enough power on it to hit the front wall above the tin and no more? As in, you're not trying to hit it really hard so that it goes quickly?

The cut holds the ball on the racquet longer giving greater feel and control. It will help the ball die slightly quicker with the rubber ball reacting to the cut spin making it drop when it hits a wall. You can hit hard as long as you keep it low and it will still have 2 bounces on the floor as long as you aim it right but dropping the pace slightly will give more control and help it die.
