I am myself an upsc aspirant and i am also going to be 30 next year and we feel unmotivated as people have settled career and all.. we are surrounded by books and still uncertain about future..but i also try to be positive. Also started working in corporate sector during covid 2020.

I was having similar thoughts these days. Life doesn't go how we planned and we shouldn't be stubborn about this and think like I'll make it happened as planned because that's negative and stressful. You are right we should be positive and move on. If things doesn't work we should do different things and I'm happy right now. But may be in future this thoughts will come back but until then hope I'll be fine. Actually, I used to hang out with people who are always showing off about their relationships, life and things like that, I think they are insecure but just because they are insecure, dragging me like this is so negative. They are not bad people tbh they tried to help me and tell me to be positive too and give me tips but most of the things they talk about is sensitive to me and I don't want to say don't say these just because I don't like it because conversations karte karte hi important conversations nikal ke ate he which are helpful for them and me too. So it's like I don't wanna ruin their good mood, so I used to stay distant and listened but staying distant had them thinking I don't understand anything and they started treating me like I don't have emotions, teaching me you should do these, say things like how can you love this, it's bad it's bla bla bla but they won't say that to the other girls who are more close so I started to avoid them. The thing is when you ask people for advice they see that as an opportunity to rule your life, so yeah f' em now
So true u r… don’t become a prey of someone’s insecurity and we all have insecurities which is a normal thing na, so we should accept our insecurities and focus on our strengths. Also cut out any toxic person / people

Hey sana I can understand you...I'm nearly 30 and jobless, happily unmarried my friends are getting married having babies and I'm happy for them and relatives is like shaadi kab kare ho jaise ki shaadi koi halwa ho atleast they should asked that even I'm interested in marriage or not but I know from 10th standard only that I'm not marriage material maybe I had child some day preferably adopt the girl child when I'm financially independent and this is my fifth attempt for post graduation in medical field I dont know what I will do either take loan and get into private college I dont know..I never given upsc exam I once filled the form but didnt given it so this year I also filled upsc form but my post grads exam is in may and upsc is on 5th june....but mein ek baar dena chahti hoon...
Also I love reading, novels, novella, fanfics on Ao3 or wattpad and it's also my dream to write novels but I haven't even wrote one fanfic there are people in my sherlock fandom who say you has great ability of storytelling also I have many plots in my mind but afraid to pen it down or time bhi nahi milta even I'm jobless but the end mere pass jho hai mein usmein khush hoon and thankful to god and my family... bcs still I'm in independent space I'm dealing with depression from some years but that's the part of me and i can deal it....ofcourse i want grow in life but i dont like changes just wish either get selected in PG or get a job so that I'm financially sustainable....
P.s. recently dealing with bad friendship break up of my 10 yrs old good friend....she dont want to understand and I surrender cant fight more with her so better not to talk...

If you want to shoot from phone you can but the quality of camera is way much better with phone it's more blurry so I suggest film two videos in a weak but film from camera only yes çhit chat and this kind of casual videos you can film from phone..
