DCC Decoder Install in a Brass Loco Part 1

I install a 3 amp Digitrax decoder in my O Scale brass Sunset B&O Q4b. I install the components in the tender in part 1, followed by the modifications to the locomotive in part 2. This is not a sound decoder.
