  • When applying position tolerances to countersunk fixed fastener assembly conditions, the position of the through hole for the fastener and the countersink feature for the fastener head must both be taken into consideration for proper assembly. In this video, Jason walks us through an example of how this is done using the fixed fastener equation.

    This is the best Countersink example on the internet. I wish at the end of the video, the mating part GD&T call out was included.
