His security clearance extends on his needs to know within his own job, and he'll get tid bits of interesting info here and there, but zero state secrets on programs out of the scope of his work. I disagree with his position on Tactical nukes, what will the world become with Chernobyl's specked all over the place. How long with the land become unusable after the weapon is deployed? The best deterrence for nukes is MAD, it's worked since WW2. This is just my opinion that nukes are just a zero tolerance weapon, and if we go there it's over anyway.
