I agree with the basics. I just finished reorganizing my closet, winter to spring/summer. I had no idea how many wide leg jeans, sandals, white & black tees and dresses I had. Clothes that I had forgot about. Those Berks are cute.

I have a similar body type to yours and I agree with you. High waist jeans and a jean skirt are my go to outfit any season! I also love cowgirl boots. I started with a pair from Nordstrom's 14 yrs. ago and have had them resoled 2 times and still get compliments every time I wear them.
My suggestion would be to make a shopping list of the basics you need and just go get them. Stick to the list, too. For White T-Shirts, have more than one. Don't obsess about the quality. You can find cute cap sleeve, girls cut white T-Shirts almost anyplace. Your navy wrap dress is so glamorous and classic. Beautiful!

I'm with you on the chambray shirt. Perfect for wrapping around the waist with a cool printed T-shirt and choice of bottoms (mine is either wide leg pants or wide leg capri pants both in linen). It pulls things together and is a perfect weight for evening. This year, I bought one in blue and one in off-white from the men's section.

Yeah I like wrap dresses but it can be a bit tricky size wise. Because i am heavy chested I usually go for a larger size retail but it causes problem with the wrapping of the sash because the waist area too big but if I get it smaller there too much cleavage. Sigh. I found a couple of gooood vintage ones during my thirfting and I am surprised that they cover the girls and tie perfect in the waist area. OMG! I found a pair of Stetson boot for $16-30%. I been wanting a more ornate pair since watching you style your. I can't wait til Fall to sport them. Thrifting has been pretty good to me but I officially accumulating too much and need to set up something to get order to it all. Looking forward to see what you do with the space. That one good thing about being in a place alone you can belt out songs at the top of your lungs. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you in the days to come.

I would put the white Zara dress over wide-leg linen pants (go for either a natural linen color or an "all white look").
