It looked just as pigmented when I went to take off my makeup at night...no creasing. The NYX glitter primer does help shadows to last a lot longer though, so it could have been that. But both of my eyes looked the same at the end of the night. Also the Purple Heart palette is a dupe for the Viseart Paris Edit palette. Thank you to @addiewoodcroft for helping me to remember! 🥰🥰 2. The Tarte mascara is awesome...I love it more than the original and had no issues with flaking or smudging. 3. I really am enjoying the Buttermelt Bronzers! I wish they didn't have the coconut scent but it doesn't bother me and it looked so good on my skin all day with no patchiness or muddiness. 4. I really like the NYX Blur Screen, I had no reactions to it and while it didn't blur as much as other "blurring" primers, I still think it made my skin look smooth and my foundation applies nicely on top. I also think it helped to increase the wear time of my foundation. :)

I’ve dramatically edited the beauty YT creators that I follow to a handful. And your channel is one of the few that I know I can rely on for the most unbiased, honest reviews with info that is actually helpful. I bought one of the Lamora palletes immediately. I find it hard to spend money on expensive makeup, so when I find cheap dupes it makes me so happy. Thank you for showing the pallete off! 😊
One thing everyone should know about the Buttermelt Bronzers is that they only have a 6 month shelf life. I didn't see that mentioned in their product description and didn't notice until I received mine. I usually only use that as a suggestion but I'm wondering if the formula that makes them so silky and blendable also makes them spoil faster.
Thanks for pointing that out. I now check out those shelf life symbols with certain creams/powder formulas. I’m in australia, a drier climate and Natasha denona yucca and retro glam cream/powder eyeshadows have turned to hard to pick up and apply leather feel in a very short time, so much that I will consider not buying that formula again.
I LOVE that NYX Butta (Buttermelt?) Bronzer. I bet I could get the coconut smell to dissipate if I treated it the same way I did with a trifold, special edition book of Physicians' Formula Butter bronzers, blushes and eyeshadows that I've had for a year or so: Spray the pan with a good coat of Rosewater cut 50% with rubbing alcohol. Leave it laying open on a high shelf (to catproof it!) for a day or two. Then spray the pan again, close it up in a zipper bag and let it sit for another couple days. Something about the rosewater neutralized the tropical smell. This treatment also seemed to reduce the amount of fallout from the PF formula powders. Thanks for your energy!

The palettes look good. I did read a review on amazon UK that said she had sensitive eyes and had a bit of stinging. Hopefully I would be OK. There is also the bronze palette like ND. The lamora store has good things! Brushes too. Thanks for showing these. ❤
Your right Jen, that 1st Tarte mascara was not a tubing mascara! It didn’t rinse off in tubes. I just removed it like a regular mascara. I think they fixed it but they should’ve just taken it off the market and came out with a new one. I’ll have to try the new one.

That Lamora Purple Heart looks in the palette like Viseart Paris edit although shimmer swatches look slightly different. I’m surprised and little bit dissapointed that those NYX brozers are not that rosy as they looked in the swatches. I wanted to use it as blush and it looked like perfect mix of brownish-rose colour. Hi Jen. I returned my ND I need a nude palette, but I’m very intrigued with the Lamora palette. The price is right too! The bronzer was beautiful, but once you added the eyeshadow as blush and a little more in the crease, the whole look was beautiful. I didn’t care for the wet look eyeshadow in the ND palette. I think the Lamora shade was better IMO.
Personally I haven’t found an eyeshadow formula that I think is worth these crazy prices, besides Huda beauty because the textures are so different, but now that alter ego has duped a few Huda palettes, I’m going to check them out to compare, because I’m in Canada a lot of Natasha’s palettes are almost $100 dollars, not worth it in my estimation, my looks come out just as good with much cheaper options.

One night I was bored and went scrolling for some videos on TH-cam when I stumbled upon this lady showing this exact palette from LaMora. It had the photo of it up against the ND "I need a Nude" palette. I instantly recognized the palette being LaMora, instantly, because I have 2 other palettes that kinda resemble this one. Those dupes for the Glam palette and Bronze palette. I wanted the ND version, but I can't justify spending $69 for that. Now that this dupe palette has come out, I don't have to. I bought it and its beautiful. Its only missing 3 shadows, but that's ok. I have not used it yet, but I just got it recently. I can't wait to use it tho.

That purple heart palette reminds me of rhe Mt Dream palette by ND! Also a milani palette and even a sigma palette! But I think it's the my dream palette by Natasha denona!

There is a Lamora palette that dupes the ND Bronze palette on Amazon as well. When I ordered the purple and the Glam dupe I did not see the Nude dupe and I just did because although I own the I need a nude, I think the Lamora is so much more flattering on the lid and looks so smooth as oppose to the ND side. I’m loving how the second nyx bronzer looked on your skin. I think the first one was too pale, at least on my tv anyways…I definitely want to try the second bronzer 😬 Your look came out great, adding the bronzer to the eyes tied everything together. Jen, have you ever compared Jones Road bronzer to Bobbi Brown Antigua? It was the first pink bronzer I tried, and she marketed it as a bronzer for fair skin tones. Since BB makes JR, I wondered how they compare. I got the lightest shade in the NYX bronzer, and I’m thinking I might exchange for shade 2. Thanks for the reviews! 💕
This is great because I've been wondering about so many of these products! Also I need to share that I didn't even know looking for a dupe for the Jones Road bronzer. It seems very similar to a blush from pixie called Beach Rose which I in fact use as a Rosy bronzer. It's my absolute go-to for that purpose

I got the NYX bronzer in Butta Dayz and can confirm that shade is very rosy. I have darker skin. So I like that they came out with a rosy bronzer for my skin tone and it's drugstore pricing!
Lamora (best pro) was my first eyeshadow palette, I just looked and I got it in 2021! I still have it and haven’t used it in a while but I’d be excited to try a new one from them! I remember them being super smooth and blendable
I am SO excited about the Lamora palettes! I love their brushes--super soft, very precise, easy to grip, good control, and wash up beautifully. I particularly like the face brushes (which come in sturdy, free-standing, covered containers). They are dense, kabuki style, but they don't swallow up your foundation. Instead, they evenly distribute it over your face. And the pricing is similar to Real Techniques. 🤯 I feel so validated!!

Even though it's missing a few, I feel like they're ones that are similar to others in the ND palette (it has a few repetitive shades). :)

The ND nude palette was so tempting to pick up but too pricey for me. I’m glad I never got it. If I saw this dupe video I’d be mad lol. The dupe looks better! I’m blown away.

I just bought it recently too. I have literally used it 1 time. I wishi had watched this video first. I don’t watch much makeup content anymore though. Jen and others I binge when I want to make a day of it. I wish mine was from Ulta I could return it, I bought mine from ND website though!

I just received the Lamora nudes palette and it’s beautiful! It’s rare that anyone on YT can convince me to buy something, esp a “dupe” but I appreciated your honesty and that you’re not a sponsored or a “sells everything like QVC” channel 🙃 I just tried the palette for a work from home day where I won’t see anyone but it made me feel good.

I wanted to like the covergirl skin tint, unfortunately it did not work out for me. My nose is my problem area, and it made it so dry no matter how i prepped. Glad to see it work out for you 😊
I got the bronze and the nude palette from lamora it was back to $10, wonderful quality I was so shocked they are beautiful. I'm so happy with these especially at the cost and affordability. Jen you've done it again, you never fail to amaze me with these awesome products and dupes. We love you!!!

That purple heart palette reminds me of rhe Mt Dream palette by ND! Also a milani palette and even a sigma palette! But I think it's the my dream palette by Natasha denona!
I love the whole look! I think the Lamora shadows looked just as good if not better than the ND ones. Sooo pretty. I’m going to look into getting that palette. I’ve looked at the I Need a Nude so many times , but then I tell myself ‘no you don’t! Not at that price!’ Lol love the bronzer. That went right on my makeup wishlist as well. I love that you applied your blush shade in your crease! I think I saw Lisa Eldridge do this with blush and she said she does it with every eye look to tie everything together and I’ve been doing it ever since!

Aw I was really hoping those NYX bronzers were actually pink toned. Why would they make the promo photos look so pink when they were just normal bronzer shades

There is a Lamora palette that dupes the ND Bronze palette on Amazon as well. When I ordered the purple and the Glam dupe I did not see the Nude dupe and I just did because although I own the I need a nude, I think the Lamora is so much more flattering on the lid and looks so smooth as oppose to the ND side. Thanks for this side-by-side comparison !!

As for the palette, I spoiled myself and bought the I need a nude, it was my first ND palette and it’s one of my favorite makeup products.

Jen, have you ever compared Jones Road bronzer to Bobbi Brown Antigua? It was the first pink bronzer I tried, and she marketed it as a bronzer for fair skin tones. Since BB makes JR, I wondered how they compare. I got the lightest shade in the NYX bronzer, and I’m thinking I might exchange for shade 2. Thanks for the reviews! 💕
This is great because I've been wondering about so many of these products! Also I need to share that I didn't even know looking for a dupe for the Jones Road bronzer. It seems very similar to a blush from pixie called Beach Rose which I in fact use as a Rosy bronzer. It's my absolute go-to for that purpose

I got the NYX bronzer in Butta Dayz and can confirm that shade is very rosy. I have darker skin. So I like that they came out with a rosy bronzer for my skin tone and it's drugstore pricing!

Lamora (best pro) was my first eyeshadow palette, I just looked and I got it in 2021! I still have it and haven’t used it in a while but I’d be excited to try a new one from them! I remember them being super smooth and blendable

I am SO excited about the Lamora palettes! I love their brushes--super soft, very precise, easy to grip, good control, and wash up beautifully. I particularly like the face brushes (which come in sturdy, free-standing, covered containers). They are dense, kabuki style, but they don't swallow up your foundation. Instead, they evenly distribute it over your face. And the pricing is similar to Real Techniques. 🤯 I feel so validated!!
