Big fan of that sweeping sound for the background. assuming you used a MD/Genesis VST, it sounds like one of the pad patches is used to double the bass in addition to playing the chords... or something. IDK, but whatever you did, I'd love to be able to do something similar.
@@tahutoa the bass is just the generic slap bass coupled with a clavi, its a soundfont rather than a VST; The Ultimate MegaDrive Soundfont to be exact, hence the console accurate comment. i think there's way too much channels in this .FLP compared to an actual genesis song haha, thank you though man, i'll try and render an effectless mix one day, but there's really not that much going on apart from chorus/limiter and the reverb on the snare
