    Thank you for the very good video. The process is very complex, but this not your problem. One would imagine that domain management should be MUCH MORE EASIER than the process in Azure.

    Very nice explanation. The process might be easy compared to other DNS managing solutions, but it is still pretty convoluted by Azure standards 😶

    great video..
    I am kind of new to azure. We have a site to site connection with on-prem. And have a public domain which we want to use in cloud azure DNS.
    Azure DNS should be able to resolve on-prem as well as cloud vm names. We don't want to tie this domain with azure AD.
    Have been searching for this solution but no help. can you please get us the steps what we should be following up here.
    We have Hub spoke topology in azure.

      Great question! You are already there. As the S-2-Sconnectivity has already been established, you can use the DNS Zone to point to the VMs using their IP addresses and they will be resolved. You do not need to tie the domain with Azure AD as well.

    Hi Neenaj, public ip will change dynamical what to do for that??

    • @AzureTrainingSeries
      @AzureTrainingSeries  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Manju, the public IP address for the app services web app will not change. It can, although change for other workloads, for example - VMs, but then you will have to update in the dns zone. Hope this helps.

      Unfortunately no! Godaddy charges for the domain names registered through them as well as for the hosting separately.
