Hands down, Continue As a Guest is my favorite of all 9 TNP albums. Stunning, haunting, and gorgeous. It doesn't have the immediate sugar rush of their past albums but these songs are just so intensely beautiful. I've been playing it over and over for the past 3 days. Not sure I've ever responded to one of their albums like this.

One of the few bands that just gets better with every release. I still like the songs on In The Morse Code of Break Lights slightly more, but thematically Continue as a Guest couldn't be more appropriate for where I'm at in life.

Same I’ve played whole album straight through on loop for a couple of days at work. I love everything about it.

Liking the new mature sound on this album. Some cuts take a few plays to click though. Only disappointing track is the title track. Give this a solid 8/10

Truly the most somber ending to a NP record I've ever heard. Normally they go out with a big explosion of sound and a rousing final chorus. You can tell this is meant to be a reflection on what isolation during the pandemic felt like... at 4:25 the music almost cut out completely, replaced by one synth line and a haunting refrain of A.C.'s voice reverberating through soundproof walls. As if he remains trapped in the mirror maze, waiting for you to find him. Powerful stuff, at least in my interpretation.

Mature sound I think is fair, its probably not going to hit with uninitiated. Still good though, Neko still seems dedicated. Interesting how you managed to still utilize Bejar, in fact making it the opening track. Is he like the spiritual advisor of the band?

The opening track contains lyrics of an older song that was written by Carl and Dan, hence why he's credited just for that song
