That’s how I work on the ground I did mess up a tranny one time probably a small rock go inside lol I loved that truck it was a money maker

this is the most legit Pakistan mechanic job I've seen... they faced the head, replaced the guides, seats and valves.
I've seen videos where they just "fix" messed up shit like patching or grooving bald tires or welding back together a snapped truck axle... IMHO those are the shady repairs.

Safety glasses and face shield. I worked in a machine for years building cylinder heads for racing. I can remember getting one of those wire brush bristles stuck in the end of my nose….Ouch!

Love it!. Take that engine to a mechanic here and it's called a 'teeth sucker'. Engineer takes a deep breath through closed teeth and says six to eight weeks if I can get the parts and it will be expensive!. 🤣

Where are your computers? Where are your clean floors, where are your snap on tools, lunch breaks and clean hands, where is the air conditioner, over head crane to lift the heads, where is star bucks, tolerance print out and flow test results? Where is your Adequate parts cleaner and compressed air, where is you hot receptionist answering the phone (oops I mean personal assistant), where are the automated robots bringing parts to you….. ohhhh just realized I’m bougie….. hell I don’t even drink star bucks, lololol…. I watch all these videos……

It's a diesel Isuzu 4BD1 from the mid-'80s. Mainly used in NPR line of class3 trucks, heavy equipment and diesel generators. Very reliable old school pre-emissions engine, similar in construction to the Cummins 4BT engines
And these guys don't even need safety goggles!
