sale agreement normally 2 pages ka hota yani dono pages stamp paper k hoo ga agar 500 rupees ka stamp paper hona chahiye sale agreement k liye too too agar 2 pages hote too kiya dono pages 500 k hoo ga ya ik 300 ka doosra 200 ka?????????????

I am referring to 'part payment' and agreement to sale' papers which are made before visiting registrar office for making sale deed/power for buying a property. Sir, I bought a flat. In 2017. For 74Lac. In which 65 lac was gifted to me by my Father. He gave me a cheque of 65 Lac.
If me and my father sign the stamp paper, satin he gifted
Me 65 lac to buy this property with his and my id cards. Will it be enough for FBR tax purposes.
