Katherine, I want you to know you made my 90-year-old mother very happy shortly before she passed away last year. A cut on her leg got blood all over her beige carpet right beside her bed. Nothing got it out, and she finally resorted to putting in a small rug on top of it - which of course was a tripping hazard and she was prone to falls by that point at 90 years old. I'd seen your Folex recommendation and so when I traveled to visit her for the first time since the pandemic, I got the 2-year-old stain out the first time I tried it. It was a such a relief to her because every time she had had to look at that strain, it had reminded her of her ill health. Long story but my very sincere thanks on behalf of my mom. You really made a difference for her. ❤️
I’m a reseller of clothing and I sell online. Folex has been my go to spot remover for years now. It gets out almost any stain. It has saved me from throwing away clothes instead of selling them.
I have not tried Folex, yet, but Home Depot sells the spray bottle for $7.98, and gallon bottle for $18.98. Lowe’s sells them for $6.98 and $18.98. I live in the central Illinois area. Hope this helps!! 😊
@@PR-pe9oc I just checked so for me in New Jersey at Home Depot the 36oz spray bottle is $7.48 and the 1 gallon is $18.98 then at Lowes the 32 oz bottle is $6.98 and the gallon is $18.98
Folex is awesome. We just sold our house. Some of the upstairs carpets had some brownish set in stains. You know - the boys spilled something and then pushed the sofa over to hide it. We had the carpet cleaner come out and when they finished the stains were gone. 24 hours later they had reappeared. The realtor called in her guy and he got them out only to reappear the next day. I figured the stains were in the pad and the cleaning reset them and then as the carpet dried they were wicked back into the carpet. I decided to try to spot clean so the pad wouldn’t get wet. Folex to the rescue. I applied over three days and each application removed more. And these were stains that were OLD!! Best stuff ever. Even the realtor went out and bought a gallon.
**THANK YOU!** I finally found the egg holder that hangs under the frig shelf that you showed in your last video!! I travel fulltime in an rv and I can't tell you how thrilled I am not to have a carton or larger plastic container for my eggs taking up precious space. Your videos always have the BEST IDEAS. Hope you know how much we appreciate them.❤
My late MIL introduced me to Folex over 25 year ago. She was a self proclaimed “clean freak” and absolutely loved doing it. This was her Holy grail cleaning solution but I have never thought to use it in my Bissel carpet! She’d be so excited to find another way to use it! What a great tip! Thank you!!
I have been watching different channels about hacks and ideas. I love your channel the best. You not only take us shopping but also tell us comparable prices. The best thing is that you and your family show us how to use the items. Muchisimas gracias por todos las idea. You are enough! ¡Eres suficiente!
Hi Katherine! I use Folex on my dining room upholstered light grey chairs. My Grandson is 6 and sometimes makes messes with Welches grape juice, chocolate syrup and this stuff is magical!!! Gets everything up. My go to for bedroom carpets, car, throw pillows (mine too are white all 15 of them) yes I’m obsessed with pillows too) have a Fantastic Week!❤️🥰
I'm glad you showed the removal of the dog vomit stain. I also have a golden retriever that has had his moments of barfing on my nice rugs. Those stains seem impossible to get out, so Folex, I'm ready for you!
I have used Folex for about 8 years. It is FANTASTIC. When we moved into our home, there was white carpet that had a red wine stain. I decided to try Folex on it and it removed almost all of it. I didn't try to remove all since we were in the process of putting in hardwoods. It also removed a spilled cup of coffee on a new rug. It is the best. I used to get it from Bed, Bath and Beyond but I believe you can now get it from many places.
Thanks for sharing this Kathryn. Yrs ago I got some Kenmore stain remover from Sears. I tried it on some tar my husband got on our new carpet while he was roofing. I couldn't believe it worked. Sears is gone and now I can get Folex. Take care. ❤️
You are so right. This stuff is nothing short of miraculous! I have been using Folex for 20+ years. As you recommend, I buy it by the gallon at Lowe's home improvement. I first used it in my carpet steam cleaner detergent reservoir. When I saw what it did to high traffic areas I was sold and have been since❤
I have been a Folex devotee for years but I have never tried it on clothing or even on throw pillows! Crazy! I definitely will now. And I completely agree with you that the fact that it is odor-free is an enormous plus! No residue, no smell, just reliable stain-killing results. 👍😁
I have never heard of Folex. But I am here to tell you that I am headed over to Amazon right now! Thanks so very much for what you do. Your channel is one of only two home-based channels that I watch regularly and faithfully. Why would I watch anyone else? You got the bases covered, Kathryn ❤
@@bargainspotter1027 I was looking online. I haven't walked into a Walmart building in a while but I plan on looking for Folex the next time I am there.
I absolutely love this product. I have used it for years to take out blood stains for my uniform. Thank you for the wonderful reminder on how many other things you can use it on. Have a wonderful day. Remember that you are enough!❤
I have never used Folex, but I've seen it. Anyways, I had to vacuum and shampoo an RV carpet that was a light tan color and had 11 years worth of stains from the red/clay dirt in our area. This RV was used to live in on a home construction site 3 times. The entire carpet was stained all over with grease, and dirt. So, I sprayed a 50/50 mix of Pine Sol and water on the stain and let set for 5 minutes. I then took a bar of Fels Naptha and got it wet and rubbed it on the stain. I then took my carpet shampooer and went over it. All the stains came out. The Fels Naptha bars are long long long term lasting.
Great great ideas Kathrine!! Love all of your ideas!! I just need to write it all down because once I’m at the Dollar Tree I get overwhelmed and then I forget what to get or I find the item but forget how to use it!! 😂😂😂

I Love watching your video from Kentucky and Please praying for me my Mom die holding her hand when she past away it's so hard, but watching your video it's make Laugh and smile and Happy.
I love that you included the dog vomit in this, because the first thing I thought at the top of the video when you start a talking about stain removal is, my biggest issue is the cat vomiting on the beige carpeting. Thanks for the tips!
I have one long haired cat who grooms constantly and vomits hairballs daily. No food, supplement, or even brushing helps. Wood and tile floors here, but Folex and enzyme pet stain removers help the reproduction fake oriental rugs. Moving to the husband’s family home, 100 years old. Real antique furnishings and area rugs! Any advice? I won’t declaw, either. Should I use clippers on this cat’s fur? What to do about clawing? Help! This 4.5 lb cat is a big issue!
I have never tried Folex however I just went to the the Dollar 25 Tree and on a whim I picked up a bottle of Pinalen. I ❤️❤️ it so much. Amazing cleaner. I went back today to grab 2 more bottles. One for my bestie. I kind of have a weird obsession with cleaners. Don’t let the color throw you off. The scent is nice. This product keeps you inspired to clean. Has anyone else tried Pinalen before?
I can't believe you spilled wine on purpose 😉 My husband spilled a whole glass of red kool-aid on our couch. I used Folex on that and got it out. And used my shampooer to get the excess liquid out. Your tips really do work!🙂
I am going to order the Folex. My son has a horrible stain on his carpet and I am hoping this will fix it. Thank you so much for what you do your videos have changed my life!
I kid you not, right before watching your video my cat threw up on my white shag rug in the frontroom. I didn't even get mad because I knew FOLEX would get the stain out. It got the stain out, and you are right, I had to blot several times with paper towels and there you go, rug is white again. I love FOLEX, the only spot remover I buy.
I was first introduced to Folex by my neighbor in Spring Valley, CA. It turns out that he was the inventor of the product, and a super nice neighbor, as well!
Thank you for introducing me to Folex in a video last month. I bought it ASAP and have used it on Dog and Cat Vomit, spilled OJ and Mystery Stains (hello 2 boys!). I must try the "whicking trick" you demonstrated as I have mystery stain on my sons floor that so far the Folex has not got rid of.....
I buy Folex by the gallon. When we moved into our house many years ago, there were stains in the carpet that looked like they'd been there forever. Folex took them out and they need resurfaced. It's the greatest. I put it in my carpert cleaner was with.
I am super happy. I went into one of my many local dollar trees and saw Dollar Tree Plus signs! We are finally getting them in my area and I am all for it!
Just bought some Folex for all the kitty vomit spots I haven't been able to fully get out! Fingers crossed! Plus some cat treats for good measure! Also, THANK YOU for your candidness and genuineness. It's truly why I love your videos.
I've been using folex nearly 10 years. It's taken out oil, grease, and pet stains. It took blood out of a mattress from when my son had mouth surgery and bled on it. It's great!
I will have to try out the Folex product. I'm always kicking fir cleaning products that make my life easier. Thanks for sharing. Until your next video.
When I bought a new sofa. I ordered Folex. In case my dogs messed up,the sofa. And I have used it many times. When it rains here I cover my sofa with some throws. It has saved my sofa’s life. But the pillows that came with my sofa are looking bad. So I will get out the Folex and clean them off. I bought some white bar cloths from Amazon with my Folex. I have used some for other things. Then I wash them and use them again. I live in Georgia, and we have orange mud. I have three small dogs. And we have gravel and mud in our backyard. I also used the Folex on the rug I have in my living room. I noticed a stain where one of the dogs got sick. It was reddish in color. And it came out. I love that stuff. I get all the muddy spots on my pillows clean with Folex too. I haven’t met a stain that doesn’t come out with that stuff. I need the deodorizer now.
OMG … thank you for this! Amazing product. One question though- can you show us your floor cleaners one day? It seems you have a LOT of different vacs/shampoo machines. I have carpet and wood floors but am undecided on which vac/shampooed is best. And if no one has told YOU today… thank you for all you do!!
I have not heard of Folex! Looks like a great product! As always, Kathryn, thank you for sharing all of your hard work & hacks with us! Stay safe, healthy, and positive! God bless you and your family!🙏❤️🇺🇸😊
I bought a Bissell Steamshot after watched an older video of you using it in the kitchen on your trash can. I have been trying to get the courage to clean mine forever. I am so excited to use it!
Katherine, you are such a generous awesome person that I genuinely admire her in TH-cam land. You share everything you learn and go to great lengths to do so - exposing your stains and ever creating new ones just for us. I'm in the UK and often hunt for the stuff you recommend and have made many a purchased based off of your recommendations where I can get hold of them... I wish we had a Dollar Tree etc though - we have "poundshop" and "Poundstretcher" etc but they're nothing like you have. Having said that, some things are similar - but Amazon finds you've made are easier to obtain. I just want to say a big "Thank you" to you for working so hard to make our lives easier. You are kind, generous and just an all round awesome person. I don't normally leave such gushing comments for anyone, but I wanted to reach out today to let you know how I appreciate you. Xx P xX
I had heard about folex so I tried it but had no luck with it. After watching your video I'm going to give it another try. Maybe I wasn't using it correctly. Wish me luck because I definitely have alot ot stains that could use help. Thank you.
Kathryn, I so love your videos but more importantly, your sincerity and energy! Thank you so much for always being here! You, my online friend…..are enough! ❤️🫶🏼❤️
I've never heard of Folex, but I'm always looking for a GOOD stain remover. I have 4 dogs, and one of them is a senior, so accidents do tend to happen in our home. I use Odoban to get rid of any strong odors and it works like a charm, but I struggle with stains sometimes. A lot of the carpet was ruined by previous renters who didn't clean up after their pets, and children, and/or just didn't bother cleaning in general, so we have removed some of it and replaced it with linoleum, but we do still have carpet in our bedroom, spare room and my nail room. We plan to rip out the carpet in our bedroom, but until we're financially able to do that, I need to find a good stain remover. I'll definitely be looking into Folex!
I have been known to put a paving brick on top of the towel to wick the moisture up. I also have a couple of old torn bath towels I keep just for this purpose.
Oh my gosh Folex is my best friend. It took out a curry stain on my heather gray sweater that had been washed and dried 5 times!! I wasn’t expecting that and thought I’d try… I couldn’t believe it!
I've not used folex, but I do use vinegar Windex (clear) and have for years. It's less expensive and has worked great. Have you tried it? I've also used scrubbing bubbles. It works well, too.
You’re so cool❤thank you for saying that I am enough ❤that’s a very effective saying ❤I truly love your energy and your hard work at communicating DT finds🎉The Dollar Tree Store is a winner and so are you 🎉
I've been using Folex for years! I love it. I found it when I needed something to clean my kitty vomit (sorry... but it's the best!) It gets the stains and smells out of the carpet (because they never go on the hard floors!).
Ok so this works! My husband gave me this secret. Take some baking soda (I buy baking soda from the Dollar Tree), apply it liberally on red wine or blood) let stand and the blood or wine stain get absorbed into the baking soda.
It's amazing how exciting a good cleaner can be. Ironically, my bottle of Folex just arrived from Amazon, bought because of YOU! I cannot wait to attack all the little stains around my house. We have five grandchildren and two dogs, so there are plenty to work on. Also, I have some of those old stains on my car seats, AND my husbands comfy fabric chair is looking so dingy. YAY!!
I know it’s embarrassing. I’m glad you showed the dog vomit because I was actually wondering about dog poop and P because I’ve had three puppies over the last six months. One of them is an adult now and the other two are just getting out of their accident face, so I really need something to do a lot of cleaning with that other products are not getting up.
I love Folex. I was introduced years ago in Sam's club when they were showing samples. I've been hooked ever since. I use it on carpet and upholstery stains. I might have to start using it for laundry.
YES! Cleaning can be such a daunting chore, but you make it look fun with you're very doable tips ☺Thank you! I love my Bissell Crosswave (like the Tineco version) and Folex in my cart next visit to Home Depot
You aren't kidding that Folex is the bomb! I cleaned a woman's house and she had an open box full of nail polish on a night stand I accidentally bumped into and knocked over while vacuuming. One of the bottles wasn't shut and polish spilled onto the carpeting! I was sweating bullets looking for something to clean it up. I found a bottle of Folex under the kitchen sink and went to town cleaning up the spilled nail polish. Unbelievably, it came of out the carpet, completely, with no trace remaining! Thank goodness she had that bottle under the sink or I would've had to replace the carpet. 😬
I love your videos your happiness is infectious I love to clean and I’m on a very low budget I love these dollar tree hacks it’s 2 am right now as I’m watching u cause I’m having trouble sleeping and u are making me wanna get up and start scrubbing things lol don’t be embarrassed about showing your home it’s mom life we all have it lol love ❤️ ya so much bless your sweet family

Love Folex! It’s also a great laundry stain pre-treater as well.
Can you use it on cotton? I have my father in laws funeral flag from the 60's that needs cleaning.
@@joyceprice6749 Yes! Gets out yellowing!
@@joyceprice6749 Yes ma'am... Kathryn used it on a cotton Hanes T-shirt in this video (re: laundry pre-treat) and it worked like magic.
@@shannonmathiscowen8682 Thanks so much. I found the 32oz pray bottle at Lowe's. It was $6.98. Take care and have a good day.
My husband takes heart meds and his blood is impossible to get out. I will definitely try the Foley. Thanks.
Grandma’s will get the blood out
Thank you for introducing me to Folex in a video last month.
Folex - yes!
Amazon - NO!
Amazon sells 32 oz. bottle @ $20.00.
Lowes sells same size for $7.00!!
Every time I watch you, I find myself smiling. Love your channel!
This was such an informative video. With three dogs and adult children who make a huge mess, this product needs to be added to my supply list.
I've been using Folex since 2005. I grab the gallon size whenever I am at Lowe's. The best carpet cleaner!
I've been using folex nearly 10 years. It's taken out oil, grease, and pet stains. It took blood out of a mattress from when my son had mouth surgery and bled on it. It's great!
I've used Folex for close to 20 yrs and LOVE it. Absolute best product ever for stains.
I will have to try out the Folex product. I'm always kicking fir cleaning products that make my life easier. Thanks for sharing. Until your next video.
We Thank and Love You Sis for your post and sharing your secrets that keep our homes Clean

I bought the little steamer because of you and I love it!!!
Such a good idea to use this in a carpet cleaner!!
I just discovered this. It is a game changer for my dining chairs that are beige. I have one messy husband and three grandsons - enough said!
I have not heard of Folex! Looks like a great product! As always, Kathryn, thank you for sharing all of your hard work & hacks with us! Stay safe, healthy, and positive! God bless you and your family!🙏❤️🇺🇸😊
I love watching you awesome and so positive
I got Folex years ago after finding it at my Kirby store in Illinois. It saved my house
And you have to love some thing that does not leave residue, which also leads to more stains
I have used Folex for the last 10 years. Best stain remover ever! Great for pet stains!
Thank you.
OMG the folex product had clean my over 25 plus years upholstery chairs stains thank you 🙏🏻 Catherine u r enough 💜u saved me
Kathryn, I so love your videos but more importantly, your sincerity and energy!
I just love your videos 📹 it motivates me to clean and try different things and make it easier for me to clean my house 🏠 faster and smarter
Wow! Gotta get some Folex! Every home should have it in their cleaning supplies! TFS!
Love ALL your ideas
I’m going to order me some and try it out need if for my pet spots for sure. Thank you Kathryn you are enough. Love y’all !!!!! ❤❤
I first found Folex at Bed Bath and Beyond many years ago and have been using it for a long time mostly on carpets and in my car.
You’re so cool❤thank you for saying that I am enough ❤that’s a very effective saying ❤I truly love your energy and your hard work at communicating DT finds🎉The Dollar Tree Store is a winner and so are you 🎉
I love love ,love your show! And the Lysol in the wash is great! Can't wait to try
I’m a Folex lover for a while. My niece, who is a professional organizer, turned me on to it!
I have used Folex for years and I swear by it!I use it on every cloth.
Never heard of it, but I will be trying this! Thanks 👍🏽😊👍🏽😊
Wow I got this yesterday and tested it on every spot on my carpet, not one went away. I did it right
The best for old stains on mattresses!
I've been using Folex for years! I love it. I found it when I needed something to clean my kitty vomit (sorry... but it's the best!) It gets the stains and smells out of the carpet (because they never go on the hard floors!).
I used to work for a carpet cleaning service in the late 90s early 2000s and we recommend Folex all the time. Great spot cleaner.
I too love all your videos. I enjoy allll of them.
Ok so this works! My husband gave me this secret. Take some baking soda (I buy baking soda from the Dollar Tree), apply it liberally on red wine or blood) let stand and the blood or wine stain get absorbed into the baking soda.
Thank you for all your tips and hacks on cleaning and the cleaning supplies. God bless you and your family🤗
I love Folex! I have used it for years and it's the only stain remover that gets out all the stains, old and new. Folex is the best!!
YAY!!
Yay!!! This makes me so happy
Wow, wonder if they still carry it? I'll have to check my area.
YES! Cleaning can be such a daunting chore, but you make it look fun with you're very doable tips ☺Thank you! I love my Bissell Crosswave (like the Tineco version) and Folex in my cart next visit to Home Depot
I get mine from Home Depot. I’ve been using it since my oldest was born in 2002.
I just bought that Folex and it is a complete game changer!!! I got stains out like magic!!
Very impressed. I looked online & my local Home Depot carries it. Am going to pick up a bottle to try before buying the gallon jug. Thank you for sharing
