Mental health and making a balanced life for yourself IS actually the key to everything... & for that reading your environment IS everything!! 💯🎉👍
I think the key for mental health is a sarkari naukri or getting into prestigious college like IITs. So the key is to work hard early in your life, either crack top all India level exams, or any government exam. Hope you get a husband who has done these things in his life, because two frustrated people in a room is a deadly combination. I wish you all the best!

Actually for me the kind of friends that i would have got along with in my school days, were nowhere to be found during those days. Not even in college days. Actually for me the kind of friends that i would have got along with in my school days, were nowhere to be found during those days. Not even in college days. Only later on in my professional life I found such people. But by this time i completely changed my personality as i was frustrated with not finding any like-minded people. Ironically now i find only those people who I feel i would have vibed with long ago, but not with my new personality that i adopted in recent years!
I wonder what would have happened if i had found such people just a few years earlier
