I have a question, if we use nrows = 1000 out of 1000000 rows and perform some operations on data will it affect all the rows or just 1000 rows

If you do this it gives the data frame with just 1000 rows so your whole data is not imported in that data frame so the operation you perform it only visible on that 1000 rows because your data frame contains only 1000 rows
