吃米飯喝啤酒，菜裏倒冰糖，粉條，土豆，這些都是脂肪原料。
真心覺得猴子瘦了！好心疼😣😣😣
玉米跟馬鈴薯根本不是蔬菜....都是澱粉越吃越肥，然後說沒放鹽？醬油 醬油膏 豆瓣醬，哪一個裡面沒加鹽？
他每次調味料感覺都加過量 怕爆
粉条是马铃薯做的，也是慢慢的碳水，哈哈哈
已經走清淡養身路線了
