Avoid using electricity and only use natural light when doing these, no matter how dark it may get. Trust yourself when your gut says to do something. Avoid following your mind or heart when your guts says something. If your guts says nothing, then do nothing. You'll know when time is time for certain things. Remember: follow your gut, not you heart or mind.
