- DIY cup noodles 'MOMOFUKU Noodles'. The whole wheat flour noodles are non-fried noodles, the soup is smoothie soup and the ingredients are vegetable cubes. The only thing is they use pork and chicken extract for adding savory. But making your own noodles is very interesting. You can choose a smoothie soup from 3(Green:spinach & broccoli, Red:tomato & red paprika, Yellow:carrot & coconut milk), and 4 Yasaikoro(vegetable cube) from 10(tomato, beet, green soybean, carrot, potato, pumpkin, corn, avocado, red bell pepper, spinach). The total combination is 2145! The MOMOFUKU Noodles is at Umeda Hankyu Department Store, Osaka.

Awesome 8)
They just killed the point of the paper bag with that plastic bag.
I understand what is the paper bag for if they cook it but they dont so a moment of silence for that paper bag ..................
hello vn :))
@@toby564 hey bạn
It's Japan. That is practically naked for Japan given they didn't gift wrap the fck out of it.
Paper bag prevents the cup from lying down in the plastic bag.
I love how the lady was so kind constantly speaking about what she’s doing like she owns this vlog
I just realized that this is the Starbucks of cup noodles.
LoL..felt the same 😂
Subway
More like subway
Damn yes
Everyone: they used too much plastic
Me: that noodle timer is too adorable 🥺
EXACTLY
That's what i though about 💀
Damn it so much of unnecessary packaging
sss ur crt
It's cute. But really wasteful I think
I was literally thinking the same thing when I was watching... they are over doing it for one cup of noodle
Wonder how much it cost , cuz of packaging
well, in japan they really do put a lot of effort in recycling they do a great job on it
Comments section in the nutshell:
*Omg, too much plastics*
_Damn, that japanese girl is really polite_
That's all of Japan but yeah they also give out excessive bags for everything. It really annoys me when I'm just trying to buy a water real quick and dip.
thats just one plastic bag tho
the cup is paper and the cup handle thing
BriezyX
Yeah, but Japan actually put effort in recycling...
suiupu • Seeing the latest news, not so much. I guess getting your trash sent back to you makes you realize your responsibilities
The awkward part is where you can pass for Japanese so they yap away and you don't actually understand a word. lol
Japanese shop sellers are friendly af.
At least compared to the ones in my country
Ditto.
Yakin mbak 😏
Banyak kok di Indo juga yang ramah
Apresiasi
They're not really friendly as much as polite and formal, they're not going to make conversation with you or ask how your day was they say the exact same thing for every customer
Who else was expecting the cubes would melt?
They should add cheese cube.
me, lmaooo
Mee hahaha
Lol
What are the cubes?? Pressed vegetables??
A small cup of noodles with so much wasteful packaging costs $5? lol
J J ikr I can get a cup for 25 cents
That's because it's a fucking museum that sells it, of course it is going to be expensive.
Maybe the package that make the cost become $5. Wkwkwkwkwkwk
@@zir456 Indo?
What an idiot...of course you can buy cheaper instant noodle in other places
why can't we appreciate how thoughtful the japanese people are!
ralf 67453 In my country the guest will be extremely disdained if you give them noodles as gift. I guess gifting noodles is a Japan thing
I love it how they are so precise of putting 6 cubes
It's a very Asian thing... we're suckers for perfection and control. it gets annoying quite often when you can count how much they give you...
to be honest, i think in japanese it's all about Patience, Discipline and Respect in every aspect......including Food and Humanity....we might think its unnecessary but for Japanese, maybe it's a sign of an accomplishment.......u know, do complicated thing first and you can do other things easier
Fascinating! So much packaging in Japan. A cup with a paper lid, then a plastic lid, then a paper carrier, then a plastic bag. Still really neat to get custom noodles. I searched to buy that timer in the USA but can't find it. I should probably not eat those noodles anyway. Thank you for the video.
Yet, Japan has the best recycling system in the world! Nice, no? It would be great if most of the countries could get rid of rubbish the way Japan does, a very clean country.
One cup of noodles once a week isn't going to kill you. Best noodles are freshly made ones.
Yup overpackaging is not good. You pay for it too. But I think this shop is for your entertainment. You don't have to go to the Nishin Cup Noodle museum to make your own cup noodle.
Yeah, Japanese packaging can be overboard sometimes. But I think a lot of the materials can be recycled? I know I dug having all the receptacles there being clearly marked trash and recyclable materials (cans, PET bottles, etc.).
Plastic is harder to recycle, though.
Its cute that you got double lids. One is the main lid and second is for it to help the steaming... unlike cup noodles in my country. You'll need to open it halfway so you can close it back for it to steam and stack something ontop of it so it'll stay close 😂
Same boi
Japan has figures that sit on the lid while it steams.
@@theuglykwan Mainly for collecting purposes XD
Same
Great video. Very well put together. I love that you showed it being put together, showed everything it came with, and then did the review. Japan I'm coming for you soon!
I want that Noodle stove!!!
Yeah, what was that??
Maybe it's an alarm, not a real stove
It's a timer
Kara十Ra10 i know but still want it tho
No need plastic bag.
Cos mos I am thinking the same thing!!
Hahahahahah wasting plastics
polute our environment
I hope that people there are talking this are not North americans.
How unnecessary..
I must say it's very typical of Japan to put a plastic cup in a paper bag in a plastic bag
The Japanese are always so delicate (as in preparing the things) and they always have good quality. I love how they think out each step so thoughtfully.
would be better if this were a vending machine...otherwise, I don't understand going to a restaurant that only assembles the cup noodle and not cook it for you
Except it's not a damn restaurant.
Itis no restaurant, but a take away in a shopping mall.
That’s the joy of it... coming home to cook your custom made cup noodles
@@chaosqueen01 why not? They're a food vendor. It's like papa murphies in America sells uncooked pizzas to 'take and bake', but it's absolutely still a restaurant. It's just that cup of noodles isn't something we would allocate the same space or time for because it's so cheap and ubiquitous.
@@XenonKirito why? papa murphies in America sells uncooked pizzas to 'take and bake', but it's absolutely still a restaurant. It's just that cup of noodles isn't something we would allocate the same space or time for because it's so cheap and ubiquitous, so maybe that's why you don't consider it a restaurant.
It must be the most healthy cup of noodles ever. The cubes seem just freeze dried, and the soup itself probably is too. Pretty much anything can be freeze dried without adding any additives.
The noodles probably have tons of sodium tho
@@god1246 the sodium is in seasoning not noodles 😂
trader joes has a less sodium version and they are pretty decent ...
Faith Zebedee Noodles not seasoning. Shit ton of sodium bicarbonate. The seasoning of noodles contains way less
after few years of subscribing here, the first time hearing the author's voice >.
I just love how everything is so neat and clean....and the noodles look amazing as well!!
I like the cup that it comes in. Reminds me of a coffee cup lol
I was thinking the same thing.
Yea I like the cup
I thought the same too !
Better than styrofoam too
Nevermind it is styrofoam
It's just like Subway but noodles!
its like Nooway
クオリティ高すぎでしょ。

These are so expensive but the display and options are so good.
This is one I keep wanting to try.
So we finally hear you voice after all these years??? 😁😁
I'm not sure if it's the first time he talks in a vid but is it tho? I start questioning my existence after all this years of follow him and couldn't remember about it hehehe

Sumtimes I feel like Japan is not from planet earth.
M J well, not many countries get atom bombed twice.
@@ultimatechojian1159 That could've been offensive if somebody is a Japanese who saw your comment..
this is crazy on a whole different level, its fooking USD5 for a cup noodle!!
Hi, I enjoyed the video.I wish we had that variety cup of noodles we could pic here in the USA.but im gonna try putting different vegetables in my ramen cup of soup we have chicken or beef. And a few others so Thankyou for the video 😊🍜
This is such an amazing concept, I really love the idea💖🍴
me too;)
What a cool concept! I would love to see this in NYC or Chicago !
I admire the politeness of Japan. Seeing her now at the end makes me think about when they are busy lol. 1 bow per person.
Wide variety of selection good 👍
japanesse eat noodle so much so they invented a friggin timer dedicated to it, damn
Japanese so much effort and care into everything thing they do. Its admirable
Damn, that's really fancy packaging for a cup noodle xD
¥540……
タイマー無駄に可愛い
Those packaging tho! 👌👌😍💖
And we can't forget the best service from the noodle employee 👍
@@MillennialTravelConfessions I know, Japan has the best hospitality in the world 👍

カップヌードルミュージアム以外にもオリジナルカップヌードル作れるところあるんですね!😳
the way she so enthusiastically narrated the process was cute lol
Noodle timer is too adorable. I love the chopsticks too seems it Pikachu!!
Holy shit the packaging is on another level!!! Damn
I once bought a toy machine gun and they gift wrapped it. Then I bought a jelly to eat and they gift wrapped that one so solidly I had to wait till I got home before I could open it with scissors.
You're voice is amazing 😭♥️♥️
I love how this guy one day probably went "I will eat instant noodles for a living!"
Life goals.
It seems like Japan has everything.... Couldn't say less 😍😍😍
whaaat how much packaging do you need for some instant soup?
How is it too much?
Tell the marketing dude to change the name to "MUDU FUKU"

Heard JSC voice for the first time 😜
Mouth watering! I wish I can go there’s and eat all the ramen flavored 🤤🍜
It looks delicious!
Love the idea and lid. I recommend you recycle it.
I think this idea can be adopted in a vending machine.
All ingredients are very easy to served by a machine.
That woman was so nice and respectful. She's way more polite than like, *any* other cashier in the USA. She even bowed down! Is that how respectful Japanese cashiers always are???
Japan has such great customer service...they seem to take so much pride in their job.
Why did i forget that i have lego toys?
Thanks to this vid for remembering me that i have lego toys
Go back to this shop please the service was excellent
i think this is the first time i've heard your voice! also, kabocha and carrot ramen sounds really good right now... (im cold and a little sick )': )
Love how everything looks so clean..👍
Hello 💖💖
My homie asked me if I want some MoMo Fuku....
20 seconds later he ain't my homie smh lolol
The american version would be named: "MothaFokka" xD
I love how Japanese people behave politely.. Always nice to watch Japanese videos.. Love from India..
It’s like going shopping for Cup O noodles 😆 got the fancy packaging and everything cute tho 👍
I wonder how much is it for one cup of DIY noodle 🤔
Looks interesting, but so much rubbish for a cup of noodles.
추트씨 500 yen so around 5 usd
Dang boi 5 DOLLARS just for a cup of noodles
@@jeroy7911 $5 for a cup of noodles bo man I can go to the store here n America and get a cup of noodles for $1 and put what else I want in it when I get home
@Deserve Not Desire that is literally too much. In indonesia we buy it at the price $1 or even less. but more than that, okay no.
Fatspiderman
Woah. A regular cup of noodles here in the USA costs about 25 cents...
Where are your chopsticks from
Where is you buy that noodles timer? It's so cute ❤️
This is so innovative !!!
And Dope!
Wow they’re way more advanced over there.
Did y’all peep the noodle cooker 🤔 way more safer then using a microwave 😩
OMG here in the UK they hand over an incorrect fitting lid on your coffee so you get 2nd-degree burns before you leave the store...this is the first time I've ever envied your lunch...its a Vegan Dream !! Excellent
sssss
Calm down snowflake
whos gonna break it to him that noodles are made from egg?
@just avery. then theyd say that wouldnt they smart one instead of saying its a vegan dream
Sarge: Nope. These are only made from wheat.
I was so surprised to hear your voice! You sound very handsome 😚😆
oh!? haha, thank you;)
That's Japan for you
Presentation is the number 1 priority
That noodle timer tho 😍😍😍
Me: *stubs toe*
Also me: **screams this place’s name**
Ok no offense to other countries but this is why most people in Asia have jobs! These people are using creativity and stuff around them to make new jobs and businesses. This is brilliant! We need more things like this.
Indahnya kemasan mgkn rasanya sama aja... dan pelayanan yg ramah...
I love the mini stove ! !!
In fact, it is over-packaged.And it's open and sealed, it's going to get the top layer of paper film... it's not environmentally friendly, it can only be a novelty.
What kind of stove is that??
Its not a stove but rather a timer!
Hello
At the end of the video I was drooling so badly 😂😂
It looks so much better then the store purchased ones !
thats A LOT of service for a frickin cup noodle. if they make it cheap, the company is stupid. if they make it expensive, the customer is stupid.
IRF you’re the stupid one.
M Jack no u, filthy weeb
Except for carrot and tomato and corn. I have never heard any other veggies in noodles. Interesting but pumpkin in noodles😰
Noodles are just Soup with Noodles.
Ikr
Pumpkin is a squash the pumpkin your used too is most likely sweet
Your stumped by the pumpkin I was stumped by the Avacado😂
@@cherrisprings2028 hahaha that too. But now a days they add avocados everywhere so i thought it was a trend there🤣
But personally i wouldn't want it

It’s fancier than any of the restaurants that i went
Oh my god, this is like my dream store. I LOVE ramen!!!
Looks like high end instant noodles. The way the service was rendered. The packaging and all.
They recycle *EVERYTHING* in Japan, so I imagine all the extra packaging is just made into other things people need.
they dont
I have no originality idk luv, everyone dont
You *can’t* recycle this kind of plastic. And even if you recycle other kinds of plastic, it takes energy to recycle it. Reduce is the first rule when talking about the environment for a reason.
All the packaging for just a simple cup of noodle 🍜 are you kidding me.
Wow...!!! Nice to watch...Greetings from Dubai 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
That looks super good for the enviroment!
