Best Soft Skills Development Tip for Introverts
A parent asked me what advice do I have about soft skills and people skills development about their adolescent child, who is quite introverted. I gave them an answer that I'd even give to adults -- develop soft skills that can cover the weaknesses of your natural disposition. Following the big five personality traits, introverts would best be served to build soft skills that are outside of their comfort zone so they can flourish in more environments. I give reading recommendations such as Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People" and "How to Talk to Anyone" by Leil Lowndes.
