Is PE of 17 a good entry point? The stock has done a 5x since its IPO in 2019, so how much is this business transformation news factored in.
Does it have competition from private players? What percent of its business comes from private companies?
MSTC has a very versatile scope for auctioning which is not limited to scrap. Has GEM done any auctions for categories other than procurement?

Gem is only for procurement. They do the procurement across different sectors specially medicines for defence and government hospitals

I have visited this MSTC auction website, 6 months ago, in search of philatelic auctions and saw liquor shops beings auctioned in Rajasthan. I was like looks like we are in a wrong territory. It's great to know this is a change in business model and promotes transactional transparency!

Your analysis of this Stock is good for it to be taken in consideration (I guess its already trading at ATH, despite the recent quarter results on Revenue & Profit). High point to note is the ROE/ROCE with the combination of PE....a undervalued potential candidate for surge in times to come.

Thanks for another excellent video. I love PSU stocks and hold over 27 PSU stocks. Most of these were selected for a good dividend. Although they have appreciated many times and now thinking if its good to exit and encash. Anyway this MSTC appears to be slightly expensive. So I feel like staying away from this.

@Sahil....One more interesting video from your end. I bought Pricol after watching your video on its business model, valuation etc some 2 months back and already made 10%+ profit. I also bought Newgen Software this month. I have invested in PSU stocks much earlier. May be even 10-15 years back for dividends. Today they are giving price appreciation plus good dividend yield.

@@SahilBhadviya You took my words wrong. What it meant was, agar pehle hi identify karna start kar do aap youtubers to ham jaise kam capital vale retailers bhi achi quantity mai stocks le paaye. Varna jab aap log itne time baad ek stock find karte ho, tab tak vo itna bhag chuka hota hai ki uski 10-15 quantities hi afford ho pati hain bas.

I watch most of your videos which convey lot of research done by you. One negative point that I wanted to comment earlier also is that you mix millions and crores when making comparisons of the same thing. E.g. at 05:54 you mention about NPA assets sale in Crores and Millions. Kindly do it in one unit in future videos for more clarity for the viewer.
Excellent. The professor presented this case study sometimes in June'23, in the class. The stock has appreciated 65% since then. Is there any way to get our hands on such reports earlier?

Litigations related to Export of Jewelry
During FY09, the company exported gold jewelry of ~640 crores to 46 customers based in UAE, Singapore and Kuwait and the foreign export bills of ~185 crores were sold to the Standard Chartered Bank. The bank was supposed to receive payments in 2009 but it hasn't received payments till date. MSTC filed legal suits against the 46 buyers and the judgment was received in favor of the company but no payment has been received so far by MSTC.
A payment of ~220 crores has been ordered to be paid by MSTC to SCB in FY19, the matter is still in courts.

Not sure why reco comes when stock has already given run up. It is easy to make videos on such stock when it's on ATH. We should wait for it to consolidate.

Does this company has a MOAT in e-auction? Wouldn't it face more competition going forward? Also it would be easy for anyone to come and replace them. Are they a software company or Software work is outsourced.

Hi Sahil, request you to cover nitta gelatin stock, this is very rarely spoken one but I think has a great future at the same time I believe it is trading at very low valuation
