I personally wouldnt but my opinion on it probably doesnt matter that much since i dont play the game competitively anymore. I did only exclusively play pyra though when they released bc she is one of my favorite video game characters so
In my opinion I’d put her top 20. She hits hard and her attacks come out fast enough that she makes up for being slow. She can just turtle with really difficult to react to tilts

Solo pyra is 100% bottom 35 lol. She's hard carried by Mythra
I would say Pyra is mid tier, but Mythra for me would be high tier without Pyra.
