Is very different ,and interesting ,spargo is completely adapted to sonixs sonic, but no for the kens sonic
small thing but i feel like sparg0 has taken a lot of stocks from KEN in the past by catching in neutral with like jab or something especially in like g4/5, he seemed way more nervous this set and wasn’t waiting out the neutral getup and punishing it like he’d usually do. Also picked a lot more aerials from the ledge/corner than usual and just got punished for being afraid. idk maybe im wrong.

No, I think he said that to him the mu seems really difficult. Imo Sonic is very top tier but yeah he still has some must that are really difficult to play. I think that Ken adopted a very clean strategy against Sparg0 that at least forced him constantly outside of his comfort zone
Damn I understand why sparg0 was so upset lol. He really had no business losing the first game, and it's so important because it can set precedent for how the rest of the set plays out.
i mean, he deserved the L on the first game, he lost multiple interactions but it's undestandable that losing when you have that big of a lead might tilt you

Wdym? Sonix has 3-0ed Sparg0 before. Light is his real bracket demon. Unless there’s a game five reset, Sonix vs Sparg0 is often a fifty-fifty split. Light, on the other hand, almost always wins against Sonix.
It’s most likely because Sparg0’s so used to playing against Sonix’s play style that fighting Ken’s different play style was a big surprise. I know it’s hard to believe, but not all Sonic players play exactly the same. In fact, it’s really quite the opposite.
I think that Ken used a simple but effective strategy against Sparg0 here, forcing him outside of his comfort zone constantly while being very safe all the time
