I felt like I floated out of my body. A slow gradual descent. My physical arms felt heavy and I felt as though I had my head back and was slowly being lifted away. WHAAAAAT lol. My guide was a beautiful, strong woman. She gave me a gift of light and knowing. I feel very honored. Thank you.

I must say the building I saw whilst meditating yesterday Sunday 9/6 turned out to be the windows of a castle I visited today Monday 10/6 even the exterior brickwork had that golden yellow tinge.

I guess i don't know where to start. I just began these videos with my at home ketamine treatment and i may have started in the wrong place. Can anyone tell me what is good for just starting these meditations? Is there a specific one?
Wow. So a huge bright living light came to me and then a dark black energy did too but the light said that there is nothing to fear. U are both and together they must balance then I saw it turn into the yin yang. ? What does that mean
