i would suggest you to use players from these leagues: russian league, argentinian league, liga nos, colombian league, süper league, LIGA Bancomer MX, Eredivese, Chilean league, calcio A and Ligue 1.
is it better having a decent first 11 bench and reserves so u dont have to waist money on fitness or a deadly first 11 and 3 super subs but u hav to buy fitnsess every two games? plss help
Ray Senpai decent first 11 bench and reserves but if you have a a lot of coins and don't mind spending buy a good team and get fitnesses. If you're doing the first option I would recommend making two teams that are okay and swapping every game it's slot better than having subs and stuff.

There is so many people playing that everyone thinks to use these lesser leagues with golds in it.. It drives the prices of them up and you are better off just buying in one of the big 5
