How do the filter papers compare to kalita flat bottom papers or saint Anthony flat bottom?

I do not know yet. I have them but had not the chance to compare. They feel, look similar to the Kalita though. I would not know about the Saint Anthony as do not have those.

Have bought 5 B75 brewers over the last 4 months. 4 plastic and one ceramic. One got oval in the dishwasher so handwash is recommended ;-) But it is a great brewer!! (I used a few as gifts already)

@@TheStratopercut quite well. There is not allot of the brewer touching the filter so with the preheating from rinsing the paper it works very similar to the plastic version.

Tbh, im not really getting much scent at all from the wetted kalita filter paper, but I do give them about 1 minute. I am getting a scent from abaca cone filter and it's gone pretty fast but I do give them a little longer. Say at least 1 minute to 2 minutes. They usually have no smell at about 30 seconds.

I usually use my V60 brewer with Kalita/Wave paper. I wonder if it’s the same thing in the end.

Maybe it's close as long as the filter doesn't touch the bottom of the v60 and the flow rate is not impeded.
The only difference I could think that could change the brew is that the B75 encourages more flow on the sides by having a steeper angle.
