- Think outside the box to save a world in peril! As Qbby or Qucy, you’ll create boxes and use them to surmount more than 270 puzzling stages-the most in the series to date! The box planet is plagued with obstacles, so jump, climb, drift, ride, and warp your way past them in three modes, complete with their own stories, stages, challenges, and techniques. You can even team up for a 2-player adventure starring both star-crossed boxes!
A Tale for Two is a new mode in which-for the first time in the series-two players can work together to solve puzzles… Or one brave player can alternate between Qbby and Qucy! On top of that, there’s a third adventure starring Qudy, the tall one, and thanks to his extra-tall boxes, you’ll even have to think outside the rectangle! As you beat stages, you’ll uncover more, and if you’re efficient, earn medals you can use to score everything from boxy accessories to simple comics to helpful items at the in-game shop. Got your eye on a sweet sailor costume? Then try Balloon Challenge: if you get all ten balloons before the time runs out, you’ll score extra medals!

I'm pretty sure this game is a prequel to the first game, if qbby fails to stop the metor, and the qbby and qucy of the first 3 games are the baby ones in the ship
@@kabii_kins i dunno what you are referring to exactly, but it's definitely a prequel based on the fact that qudy was the one that cause the portal thing that sucked up the purple planet from the third game, and all the other little things

Agreed. If Qbby dies, the first three games start. If he lives, a new timeline is created for Boxboy 5 and beyond. However, they ARE cyclical, it's just that this box is never shown dropping and we're shown a Utopia at the beginning that doesn't exist at the beginning of the first game and the goal of the original trilogy is to breathe new life into the planet. So I don't think it's a sequel, but it is still cyclical
@@video_watcher9252 i don't get what's cyclical about this, this game is simply the prequel to the first game, it shows what happened and what caused the infection to begin with at the start.
@@Fannintendociccio1 it's a cycle because when a box dies another is born. The story of the game itself isn't, I'm just saying the mechanics of the universe are indeed a cycle so there's some truth to what the other person said.
I played BoxBoy! to almost the ending, then began to play BoxBoxBoy!, then - a few years later - I played and finished BoxBoy! + BoxGirl!, after that I finished BBB and played and finished Bye-Bye BoxBoy! and now I watched the beginning of this video to refresh how BB+BG started... And reading the comments gave me a headache @_@' 😅
