You’d at least expect the barrel to be fully rifled. That was really poor from BSA.

Have mine now for more than a year. Its a 700 in .22. Fac in your region. Fitted an 700 bottle with FX connection kit , Huma. The barrel is an early Alfa one. Shoots one hole groups at 50 mtr with FX .22 Hybrids. Had an very annoying ping, made an depinger and it is not annoying anymore 🤓👍. Love that gun. Very well made and a powerhouse.

Yea.. This one is just so nice. I personally do not mind the shiny bottle - and I kinda prefer the rail being as it is. Never seen these perform poorly.

I was considering Vulcan 3 or Uragan 2 in .177 but ended up with AirMaks Krait L in .177 (FAC). Straight out the box, no barrel cleaning, just filled the rifle with air. Chronographed (FX pocket chrono) one full magazine (18 shots) of JSB 8.44gr pellets and got avg. 952fps with Sp 12fps and STD of 3.8fps. Not bad for a new out of a box rifle. Accuracy wise it was awfully windy outside and that almost 2" group at 35m, shot from window sill, front bipod, rear my shoulder and kneeling, just doesn't do justice to the Krait. My Krait came with MK3 Huma-Air reg and set at 70bar. Your AirMaks Katran and Krait videos have been watched and will watch some of them again, if I want to adjust trigger, for example.

The moderator is very similar internally to the factory moderator on my LCS SK-19 .25 cal. Very effective even at 70 FPE & 960 FPS you only hear the mechanical of the gun. Nice system on both guns.

one of those digital gauges would look very nice on there for sure . but man what a laser at 50 yards wow out the box . for a bull pup it looks very nice . not my cup of tea but still not horrific. nice to see it come with an anti ping on board . one of my ocd issues with bull pups to noisy from the action and that bloody ping plus the trigger linkage i find some of them are a bit sloppy . i do like the fact that the mags don’t stick out like a dinner plate on those agt rifles 👍 . i am with you on the bottle matt would have been better . also would have been better if they would have either gone for a full under rail or flush . not a deal breaker but it does just look a bit un finished with it sticking out passed the block 👍

Fantastic shooting rifle, watched Andy @ AAR reviews shoot it, incredible accuracy. My problem is I’m a traditionalist, appreciate tactical rifles but don’t like them. Prefer my R12 and HW100 and just ordered a AA S400 in walnut with the thumb hole stock. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder 😊

AGT seem to be great guns. It’s a shame the poor distribution in Spain, otherwise I would have bought the Uragan 2

One thing I found myself was the spring tension of the magazines was maybe a touch high and was occasionally deforming the pellet when cycling to the next pellet, that can be easily changed if need be.

What a joy when I saw Vulcan 3, I have been tempted for some time to replace my faithful Weihrauch s100. If it had an easy regulator adjustment, it would be a difficult option to improve given its quality-price ratio, greetings.

Its a shame , but its rare to see such a unicorn.... a rifle that costs a few quid doing what it should out of the box. Respect to AGT. You can always make the pic rail shorter and perhaps maybe make a spacer at the butt end for the extra shoulder length you need Jake.

good review as always plenty of info, looks a lot simpler than the M3 more accurate more shots, I'm tempted to swap my M3 for one considering what a pain in the rear it's been !
just one query what diameter is the barrel.
Have not examined that model but improving air efficiency might be a bit of an up hill push since the barrel is so far from the cylinder (and I presume valve).

Mine when pointing up, just 45 degrees or so, some times cocking it a pellet / slug will slide backwards out of the magazine and jam the pellet probe, this with both factory magasines and a Carm one.

Great review........... Obviously a lot of peeps considering this rifle will also be possibly considering the Ghost of which you've had.
So the question is Ghost or Vulcan? Which is the better made/designed rifle?

😅 it is a really hard to choose between the guns as they are both fantastic and i would be very happy to keep either if i was pushed to choose i think i would go ghost but literally because i like the look better at the moment but when i get inside it i may change my mind 😁

Thanks for the video, very informative. I your opinion, do you think the synthetic stock would stand up to a sling stud screwed into the bottom in front of the recoil pad? My idea is to clamp a stud on the pic rail and screw a stud in the stock for a two point sling. Thanks

Do you have anything for sale at the moment? I like the improvements you make, I usually end up having work done on rifles , it would be nice to get one with the improvements done at the beginning of my ownership, I've always got the cash set aside, so please think of me the next time you are selling a rifle.
I bought the effecto zeon ..in .22 /40 joule because of ANDY review..and it does the same like this gun.and maybe a bit better .And dont get me wrong i saved money for the AGT Vulcan 2 ..But this gun came half the price ..with lothar walter barrel ..and nice regulator..Half the price and it does the same..i was like what ???half the price and the same and maybe better???

High mate what pellets where you using through your chronograph to get 780 ft per sec with great accuracy I’m using jsb heavies 710 to 720 regards mate
we are using JSB 8.44 shorts 780fps is the sweet spot for them in this gun 😁

Hi subscriber here, firstly I just want to say thank you for posting your videos there the best on here by a country mile. Ok could it be possible for you to do a video on the AGT Vixen I would gladly loan you mine if you need one. Mine is the .22 long and standard apart from an aftermarket shroud but I still have the original one.
