Try spraying the superglue with WD40. Leave it for a while and it should get under the glue and release it from the surface.

This microwave has a steel body inside. And the scrubber used is the general scrubber that we use for cleaning dishes. so won't be a problem. You can even use sponge instead of scrubber.
