Lots of people say they hated this game, but for me it is so valious in a nostalgic perspective because I used to play it with my older brother when I was like 8 years old, I will never forget all the fun we had when we escaped from the ring and went to the bathroom area and smashed everything in there.
i ordered this game on ebay last week and i hope this is what this game will definitely be like when i play it on my Nintendo 64!. It seems and looks really cool and stylish!
If they had made this game play like No Mercy it could have been awesome. I thought the animations were FAR better then the "blocky images" we got from No Mercy and WCW/NWO Revenge etc...And i'm REALLY pissed at my N64 No Mercy cartridge after YEARS of playing it glitch free. And creating around 30 fantastic caws like Vader, Bam Bam Bigelow, Kamala, Earthquake, Typhoon, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, etc...it finally glitched on me and erased EVERYTHING going back to factory default settings...!!! I have a Gamecube maybe it's time for a new wrestling game. But i'm so pissed i lost over 40 caws...!!!
The graphics for this game are almost on the same level as Sega Dreamcast. This game also ages very well. Can create any new aew wrestler. You've already got Tony on play by play. As well as Jericho and Sting
I thought this game wasn't bad it was decent. I had both versions the PS1 and n64 always felt the n64 felt better with the controls! It would've been cool if they were to include more music and better control system but the limitations is what kept the game
it was great for a ps1 game though. and it was far superior to WWF attitude all based on the fact WWF attitude was energy bar button combination bullshit. where as wcw mayhem was based on momentum which made it a lot more realistic. this game was an epic fail on the N64 due to the fact that it had some wrestling games that are probably still better than the WWE games in 2013. but on the ps1 anybody that had a brain understood mayhem was well ahead of attitude based soley on what i just stated
Queen Ember ummm, I've actually played quite a bit of games. Wrestling especially. Mayhem is more horrible(in my opinion) because you can barely make out who's who in this poor excuse of a game.

It took over 20 years for my No Mercy to glitch. Got it launch day.
