One of my colleagues said to me today that because of the ASC-friendly environment I have helped create in our team over the last two and a bit years that it gave her the confidence to seek out her own diagnostic process. If you can't change the environment, change your location within it. As a kid I would cover tables with a blanket to make a quiet retreat, or go inside a dark closet for awhile and just chill. Take yourself to a safer, quieter place.

Good luck Tricia. Things can change, I promised. It takes a lot of hard work but it's really really worth it.
I like your advices. But I can't change the environment so how can I change my mind to be calmed ,motivated and productive?

I’m getting sensory overload from the books of too many colours in the background.
But the books are actually sorted according to the color wheel=Good!
