One of my colleagues said to me today that because of the ASC-friendly environment I have helped create in our team over the last two and a bit years that it gave her the confidence to seek out her own diagnostic process. So having an autism-friendly environ does not just help people who know they are on the spectrum. Love your videos Pooky.

Oh wow - that’s fantastic! What have you done to create such a great environment?

@@PookyH I don't really know, I've just been my usual ridiculous self! I think with any condition starting the conversation about it is the hardest part.

So happy to see you happy healthy and following your path helping people. Your emdr video from years ago just helped me so much and before I give emdr another try, I wanted to look you up now and see if you survived and here you are not just surviving but thriving. Thanks for paving the way to show me that there is a way through complex ptsd! Have a wonderful day.

Good luck Tricia. Things can change, I promised. It takes a lot of hard work but it's really really worth it.

I like your advices. But I can't change the environment so how can I change my mind to be calmed ,motivated and productive?

If you can't change the environment, change your location within it. As a kid I would cover tables with a blanket to make a quiet retreat, or go inside a dark closet for awhile and just chill. Take yourself to a safer, quieter place.

I’m getting sensory overload from the books of too many colours in the background.

But the books are actually sorted according to the color wheel=Good!
