The Aggies played with 6-7 in the box all game because they didn’t think Milroe could beat them but he did. He is maturing into a Bama quarterback!!
Maybe the O-line will show some improvement. I think the coaches are still figuring out who should be on the field in the O-line
@@reginaldhall6871 I agree. I mean he’s shown that when he has time to go through progressions he can throw it. People forget he’s only played a few games and they Still won today. A&M quarterback been playing in college for a few yrs with multiple teams and couldn’t pull it off.
That was on passing down and distance. On expected run downs that had 8-9 , Milroe said, “fuck that” and just whipped there ass up and down the field.
I wouldn’t say “beat” them. I didn’t watch the game but just watched the highlights and saw a lot of sacks and turnovers and if not for a defensive touchdown by Bama they may not win this game. Does have potential tho.

Have to be impressed with Burton. He had a great game, except, for the fumble. He really came through for Alabama. Milroe has gotten so much better since the loss to Texas. He has learned not to take as many chances now to risk an interception.
He had the A&M corners dizzy with his cuts and hesitations! He's gotta quit running his mouth after every reception!
Looks like since he got the nod that they added some QB runs for him.

Also, after last year's loss to Tennessee, he hit that female fan, who said, nor did anything to him. He's a solid player, but he can be emotionally immature and unpredictable at tiimes, and it could cost the team seriously down the road. Has zero to do with the crowd!
Refs need to let them play. That BS 'blindsIde block" on the blocked FG call couldve caused a differance in the ballgame. Shouldve never been called!!!
This game should have been 31-17. They took that TD back from #41 just so A&M could still have a chance 😂.
By rules you can’t chop block even if the guy is like 15 yards behind. They could of let that one go but it’s not a bad call

I never like to blame the refs. That's what UGA fans always do. But that last td drive of aTm was absolutely handed to them by the refs. I almost stopped watching after that.

That Penalty on the Fg block was absolutely A Judgement call in spite of Alabama. The guy nudged him 20 yards behind the returner. The ref knew it would take 6 points off the board. He should be reprimanded

Didn’t notice it with the amount of missed holding calls on the bama offensive line. 0:35 their left guard is wrapping his arm around a A&M d lineman and literally bear hugging him but apparently that’s allowed.

Despite all penalties and all the little mistakes that gave the Aggies a chance, Alabama was able to overcome them all. Jalen Milroe is showing signs of maturity as a passer, it’s just gonna take some time to develop a rhythm with his receivers. A&M gave everything they had in this game, they competed hard today

Facts. That BS call on the blocked field scoop and score was pathetic. Score should’ve been 31-17.
Gotta clean these penalties up... but that blindside block call on the block fg, scoop n score was BS. He just checked him with a shoulder pad and didn't even knock dude down 20 yds behind the play... need to show more discipline but c'mon refs!
There are 5 keys of A&M LOSS:
1) Nick knew how to adjust after first half. He called short play to get Jalen in sync to build his confident and Offense line to protect QB having more time to search the field. Fisher did not know what to adjust. He does not know what to do so keep calling RB run and QB run too. That is different between great coach and good coach.
2) Before first half end, Fisher has 42 second and 2 times out. He saw score A&M and Bama 17-10 and he ran out clock. He did not realize that he was vs BAMA, not Tulane or Sam Houston. He as paid 90 M to give up quick quit.
3) Bama RB was on the right of QB and Cooper blitz from left resulting QB got sack. A&M DB blitz from on the right side, RB blocked resulting WR Bama Burton get touchdown.
4) A&M DB Josh Deberry cannot cover Burton but NO adjust to help him and Bama kept throwing to Burton to get record of receiving yard in one game.
5) Bama had short throw. WR ran 7 yards and cut right to get open or WR ran 10 yards, stop and ran back 3 yards resulting first down. Fisher does not have short passing yard. A&M strength is WR and Defense line. He does not have any short pass or slant to his WR. He let his WR ran wild hoping they got open and Max would find them. Resulting too much time and Max got sack.
Aggie should fire Fisher since he is an Okay coach, not even a good coach.
The refs tried to bail A&M out a half dozen times, but they still couldn't win.
A&M's D-linemen were literally getting tackled on some plays. Went both ways.

Bama Defense is actually pretty good just a lot of mental errors the O-Line is horrendous it’s proven if Jalen Milroe can have time in the pocket he can deliver they have to do a switch up move some guys around start some of those 4-5 stars we got this class Proctor is not him he getting beat left and right
I disagree, the offensive line has improved tremendously since week 1-3. For every play they let a defender through, there were 2 or more plays of great protection. They still have a long way to go, but the protection against one of the best defensive lines in the country today was remarkable. Jalen's deep ball is better with the protection, but his run game suffers because he's more comfortable in the pocket and sometimes he waits too long to take off and gets sacked. But I'd rather have that problem all day than the problems we had before. They've improved a lot, as evidenced by today's win.
Oh we're so Perfect and Spoiled, aren't We? If they can keep progressing nicely, as they have this season so far, perhaps one day, they can live up to your lofty standards and expectations.....it was a great and season-defining Win. Enough said.
Rookie defensive players but they along with Milroe are fitting in and maturing. Hopefully we can show up and start playing better

Hey wait a min all I heard is how bad the bama OL played. Texas AM stacked the box all day bringing more than we could block they held up pretty strong on most plays however several times Milroe didn’t throw the ball away. I saw a lot of improvement and if we get rid of the penalties this team can make some noise

For the 6th time a penalty tskes a TD off the board. Our defense used to score more than that in seasons past. 7 motion penalties & 5 sacks. You dont win that way often.

I agree with the false start penalties, but the blind side block and the taunting call were absolute trash. Many players were jawing on both sides.
Crazy to think we had 14 penalties 2 turnover a costly throw which could’ve turned things around and we still beat the point spread!! Ugliest game and still winning is not what you wanna see but make me wonder when we’ll play a game with no mistakes and how it would look
They screwed Chris Braswell with that block/scoop and score by throwing that b.s. flag. He, Dallas Turner(leads the country in sacks) and the rest of the line are absolutely killing it. Now if our o-line could stop getting so so many penalties. Without ‘em this game Bama would’ve scored 40+

I didn’t think Burton was that good at first and was like “why is Saban bringing this mediocre receiver over from Jawga” ? Then , he just somehow stared getting open , and getting open , and getting open ,, dude had grown physically too,, I still say isaha bond and Burton are definitely like 1A 1B. Bond is the fastest guy on the field most he time. But Burton and mill row , they both won me over after this game.. we finally have an actual “dual threat” quarterback that’s not there to just prove he can sit in tbe pocket and be a pro style pocket passer like every other dual threat we’ve had. Which always makes me question Saban as to why even recruit a dual threat to begin with bc there’s plenty pro style qb’s that can pass better. But I digress. If mill row stops making bad decision passes, which is what most of his interceptions are, not an accuracy problem, a decision making problem is all he has had. If he keeps improving and put o line keeps improving and Saban finally gets the penalties stopped , I smell another natty, which I understand they’re certain penalties as a coach that you don’t mind , at all. But we’ll see . We needed Texas to stay unbeaten, but I guess it doesn’t truly matter bc it’s “non conference” . And I will say from the highlights it seems Oklahoma had a shiit ton of good luck in that game.
The refs really tried to give TA&M a chance. Bama defense was just too good to be cheated.
Some VERY questionable calls in this game. Even had the announcers confused. Definitely a ton of mistakes too, but that touchdown call back felt fishy. Not saying it was, but man that’s usually a no call.

I see a lot of people saying i smell a national championship this the last year of the 4 team playoffs we still need some help plus we got win out Texas still has to lose one more game then we need Oklahoma to lose a game then Texas the beat Oklahoma rematch in the Big 12 title game Ohio state-michigan will take care of each other but we also need a pac-12 team to have one loss and Georgia to remain undefeated and for us to knock them off it also helped if Florida state goes undefeated cuz if you end up with undefeated Florida State undefeated Michigan that's two of your teams a one-loss Alabama and a one-loss Georgia that could be your other two teams still a very long season ahead but we are definitely improving

This is the worst win in Alabama history. 6 sacks, 99 yds on penalties, and at least 17 points handed to aTm by our offense. Say a win is a win all you want, but this in inexcusable and despicable from a Nick Saban coached squad. The only disciplined unit this team has is defense, and the kicker who deserves the Heisman. I disagreed with all the analysts before the game saying it would be close. This should have been a blowout. We almost snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

The Aggies had plenty of opportunities to win this game but choked as most SEC teams do when presented a chance to beat Alabama. The Tide was not very impressive either and did nothing to make the nation believe they are a championship contender with this lack-luster performance.
