The glitch is called Back In Time. It can be performed on wii and gamecube. You can do it at the start of the game, (with ordon gate clip glitch) and it mostly saves about 5 minutes in speedrunning. Note that later you will have to do Skip Ordon sword and shield glitch or you won't be in able to finish the game. EDIT: You can't do it on Wii U because there is no manual restart button.

The thing is, in some cases, when game wants link to use battle formation, and if you are using wolf link instead (or vice versa) when you're not supposed to, it will use his battle formation! It won't glitch like in this case. Example, you can get to lanayru province early. When you enter you will be teleported to the bridge of hylia. There will be a bulblin that will set the bridge on fire. But before that, if you are there as human Link (you're supposed to be there as wolf link), you will draw out your sword. You won't glitch like in this case. Normally, wolf Link will do a threating growl and will be ready to fight.
TAS follow the normal speedrunrules except that they can use savestates for the obvious reason of manipulating RNG and it being easier to redo stuff that way. Just that they are toolassited. Cheat% is a category nobody runs and this video basically shows why xD it just makes no sense. Not to mention that it goes against the usual definition of a legit speedrun of not using third party software.
