I have a question. The day after a leg strength workout should i beable to feel really sore. If i'm not sore does it mean the workout wasn't effective?
So, what do say is the best acceleration early or later which one is more important???
There is not such thing as more or less important, you need both, unless you play basketball or very short sprint sports where you take 1-5 steps only most athletes need both
Dumb question but would you have any recommendations for big sprinters. I got some d1 offers in fb and track, and run 4.8low, broad jump 10’, 35v, but I’m like 6’4 245 rn. Tryna get to something insane like a 4.6. Would you have any recommendations that would differ from normal, or is it about the same?
