INGREDIENTS
450g self raising flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 tablespoons dried mint
1 cup (125g) olives- washed, rinsed,
stoned and chopped
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup (265ml) sparkling orange juice
Olive oil for brushing
Baking tin size
27 x 22cm (10 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches)

1 1/2 κουταλιές ξηρό δυόσμο
1 φλιτζάνι (125g) ελιές
1 φλιτζάνι κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
1 φλιτζάνι φρέσκο κόλιανδρο ψιλοκομμένο
1/2 φλιτζάνι ελαιόλαδο
1 φλιτζάνι (265ml) αναψυκτικού πορτοκαλάδας
Ελαιόλαδο για βούρτσισμα
Μέγεθος ταψί
27 x 22 cm (10 1/2 x 8 1/2 ίντσες)

INGREDIENTES
450g de farinha de trigo
1 1/2 colheres de chá de fermento em pó
1 1/2 colheres de sopa de hortelã seca
1 xícara (125g) de azeitonas sem sementes e picadas
1 xícara de cebola picada
1 xícara de folhas de coentro fresco picado
1/2 xícara de azeite
1 xícara (265 ml) de suco efervecente de laranja

Here you are my dear friends, my first recipe of the new year. It's a savoury olive cake and it is another of my Auntie's recipes. I have only used half the ingredients from her original recipe, that's why on the video, mine looks different to my Auntie's!!!

Hi there Christopher, lovely to hear from you. I'm very pleased that you like my new recipe, or should I say my Auntie's recipe. I do know that you don't like parsley but at least I hope you can cope with coriander flavour. It was great working with my aunt, she has some great recipes and her cooking is always very delicious. If she was living near here I would have used her more often. Regards to your lovely family!!!
