Elon doesn't mess around when it comes to constructing things! Tesla semi's are gonna be the bridge between diesel and trucks. It just makes sense to use these trucks in urban areas where you can go back to you dock and charge overnight. Great drone shots!

Yes it is possible that section 4 is last or only partially completed to allow freer movement of the roof panel assembly..
I think they are trying to get as much roof and wall up before the snows start

Usually two layers of steel with a hard insulating and structural foam between them. The metal sheets are powdercoated. These are sandwich panels.
