Hey Ruxin, I bought a psa 9 1st edition time wizard on ebay on December 2nd for $975. Probably overpaid a little. But the slab is an old backing. Do you or anyone else think the card is in good enough condition to resubmit for psa 10 or atleast a psa 9? It looks like it would atleast get a psa 9 again if not a 10, but maybe I should just sent it to be reholdered and not risk getting a psa 8 grade..

Hey, just pulled a pretty damn good looking Ghost Rare in Yugioh Ghosts from the Past 2 The Haunting. I just jumped on PSA to try to learn how to work with it and was wondering how you got the 20$ fee for standard. My price is 100$ just to send it in.
Very informative. Not sure what I would send in 1st. It would be between the DDS set, the 3 god cards from the Japanese game boy game or maybe the exodia set from LOB. Either way I thank you for the information. Enlightening and helpful.

After 3 years later kept it in a case to be protected from getting dusty and damage.I didn't know about grading,Found about grading and then Found this and used the information. I was looking through my old yu-gi-oh cards I collected as a kid. Turns out I got a 1st edition Jinzo PSV-E000 which can sometimes go for some wild prices. I'd really prefer not to send the card in to get graded though and just get a rough idea of what it is. The card has been kept in a sleeve and a card-saver sleeve double wrapped for all the years I've had it so the card itself looks perfect. No visible scratches, bends, fingerprints etc. Funnily enough I also have a 1st edition Gate Guardian MRD-E000 along with the set to make it (Sanga, Suijin, Kazejin, all 1st edition). I'd be willing to sell them if I had a rough idea of how exactly cards are graded since I'm a noob at collecting. I was just a kid who liked playing and collecting yu-gi-oh cards 15-20 years ago. I'll do a little research into how much I might be able to get for my cards before I go through with trying to sell them. Who knows, maybe they'll appreciate in value as time goes on as long as I keep them in good condition.
When you put the price how would you know the cost of the card? Are you going off of when it’s graded or the cost of the card before it’s graded? I’m hoping to send in a card soon just was confused on that part

I found some old yugioh cards, I have a lot of holographic cards.. but idk how to tell there worth ... is there a way I can see if my cards are worth it?
I was going through my old cards and found a Exodia The Forbidden One MC1-EN001 which could have been worth $700 but the condition its in makes it not worth getting graded. Based on examples PSA has on their website, it'd probably be a EX 5. But maybe I'm being too generous. That Exodia card only sells for barely any profit if it's rated 7+ so it's probably better for me to take it to a local card shop and try and get $15 dollars for it.

Fascinating. As I may have mentioned in another video I inherited around 70 thousand YUGIOH cards and I know absolutely NOTHING about the cards or the game and after 6 months of trying I STILL have no idea how to play the game OR what these are worth. Although I am educating myself when I have time. MY question is where did you find 200 card saver 1 for 20 bucks? 2nd question and advice about what to do with these 70 thousand cards?
just sent off a bulk card submission, just came across this video, PSA wont be happy with me (first submission) I used sleeves and top loaders :/ hopefully this doesn't affect the cards to much, this video was very useful though as I will likely submit more in the future, I have since invested in penny sleeves

Also, not sure if I should just wait. From what I've been hearing I got on this train late. 2019 was a much better time to submit Yugioh Cards than 2021. Today I hear PSA has been much harsher on the grades

if you order from TCG a lot, the shipments will come with the toploader. You buy 20 to 50 items of decent rarity, you will have accumulated a lot of toploaders...

If you get platinum it gives the vouchers which basically give you your money’s worth right away. Then you get access to specials and bulk as well. If you only have cards worth less than $100 silver is a good option because you can send bulk services, but you gotta have at least 50 cards. Overall, I would say Platinum is the best option if you are going to grade a lot of cards of different values
@@Ruxin34 Went with platinum. Inputted all the cards i'm about to send. They are currently sitting in pennysleeves with the little colourful sticky tabs inside toploaders. I know you used those card saver sleeves but i already had toploaders on me so just used those. Hopefully PSA don't judge me too harsh cause i used toploaders lol.

Onyxtower thanks a lot man! The reason card savers are better is that they don’t move around at all, while in toploaders they shift around during shipping. It should be fine though!
I drew a Toon Table of Contents from TP6 and I'm sure it can be graded a 10 but I'm scared it will come back ungraded if I put it as minimum grade. Should I put it as 9 or 8 or leave it blank? What would you do?
I don't get why more expensive cards cost more to rate. It's the same type of product, same printer and same piece of paper. It's just a con for them to make money or they are basically saying we don't put enough effort in for cheaper cards and just rate them out of the blue.
It is more expensive for a couple of reasons 1) The service they provide for more expensive cards is faster 2) They have huge potential liability when handle much more expensive cards. If they damage a card, they have to pay for it. So if they damage a $5,000 card it is a lot worse than damaging a $50 card
Just moved out of my family home and found quite a few 1st edition cards, to me they seem to be untouched, is it worth getting them graded (I am not very knowledgeable about cards in general)

Ruxin34 yes the envelope ones that are small and sealed. I believe they are out of 1000. They are the 2018 WCS cards. It’s black envelope with yugioh red letters that say Yugioh World Championship 2018. I got a ultra pro case for the envelope and I really just want to send that instead of having to open the blister cards individually and touch the cards and put them on a penny sleeve and card saver. Sorry if I was not clear earlier.
Ruxin34 bro I already opened them haha. Only if I knew I would have kept them inside. I wish I could have asked you back then. They look like PSA 10’s to me. I also got the WCS 2019 red eyes and monster reborn but those look like 9’s. The edges are little bit messy, centering is good though, surface good. What should I do now that I opened them now?
Hey Ruxin! Is there a required minimum? I remember trying to grade my 2 unlim Blue eyes from lob and it said minimum grade was required to put. Im scared to put anything cause i really feel they’re 9-10s (perfect centering and fresh from pack) but dont know if i should put 9 or 10! Unless they changed the minimum grade requirement

Yes it is only in the US. Most international people will use a third party grading service aka a middleman to sub their cards for them

I have about 950 yugioh cards that haven't been touch since about 2003-2006. And I literally have no idea what to do with them or how to start. Help?
First thing is to just go through and pull out all the holos. Odds of non holos being worth much is pretty low.

Onyxtower thanks a lot man! The reason card savers are better is that they don’t move around at all, while in toploaders they shift around during shipping. It should be fine though!

I drew a Toon Table of Contents from TP6 and I'm sure it can be graded a 10 but I'm scared it will come back ungraded if I put it as minimum grade. Should I put it as 9 or 8 or leave it blank? What would you do?
Don’t put a minimum grade
I don't get why more expensive cards cost more to rate. It's the same type of product, same printer and same piece of paper. It's just a con for them to make money or they are basically saying we don't put enough effort in for cheaper cards and just rate them out of the blue.
It is more expensive for a couple of reasons
1) The service they provide for more expensive cards is faster
2) They have huge potential liability when handle much more expensive cards. If they damage a card, they have to pay for it. So if they damage a $5,000 card it is a lot worse than damaging a $50 card

You could, but I would use a small flat rate box for maximum protection. It is only $7.90 to ship using that!

Just moved out of my family home and found quite a few 1st edition cards, to me they seem to be untouched, is it worth getting them graded (I am not very knowledgeable about cards in general)

Found it! Thank you. Btw I have the WCS DM and blue eyes sealed cards. Should I take it out of the blister and put it in a card saver to grade it? I have the envelope with a ultra pro hard case on the envelope.

Ruxin34 yes the envelope ones that are small and sealed. I believe they are out of 1000. They are the 2018 WCS cards. It’s black envelope with yugioh red letters that say Yugioh World Championship 2018. I got a ultra pro case for the envelope and I really just want to send that instead of having to open the blister cards individually and touch the cards and put them on a penny sleeve and card saver. Sorry if I was not clear earlier.
Dodefy I would keep the envelope sealed for those! Because there is no guarantee that the cards are perfect inside
Ruxin34 bro I already opened them haha. Only if I knew I would have kept them inside. I wish I could have asked you back then. They look like PSA 10’s to me. I also got the WCS 2019 red eyes and monster reborn but those look like 9’s. The edges are little bit messy, centering is good though, surface good. What should I do now that I opened them now?

I THINK that you can get that graded. Im am not 100% sure but I believe they would grade it
Hey Ruxin! Is there a required minimum? I remember trying to grade my 2 unlim Blue eyes from lob and it said minimum grade was required to put. Im scared to put anything cause i really feel they’re 9-10s (perfect centering and fresh from pack) but dont know if i should put 9 or 10! Unless they changed the minimum grade requirement
No- minimum grade is not required. Just skip that part
