I would like to see a slightly enlarged version of this home. All rooms in this model are cramped. The upstairs balcony is nice but too large when upstairs bedrooms are tiny and have no bathroom. Laundry to bathroom downstairs should be reversed to bathroom 1st and a door into a laundry room which needs space for both a washer and dryer, even if they are stackable. Please, no more dryers that vent up to the roof (they don’t get cleaned out often enough) and vent them directly behind the dryer. Try again please with some more sq footage.
