Thanks for documenting your process as usual man, always helps me to reference when I get stuck on something. Also, I haven't had the chance to try it yet, but everyone says using some leather filler on midsoles helps when you have those missing chunks and stuff on older pairs or donors.
I tried that before and it didn’t work. Heating up the glue like what I did in the video usually helps. But if it was exposed to air too long, that won’t do anything. I would add new glue to my bottle to get it back to normal
at least yall aint dunking shoes in the mud no more. That shit was stupid to me. I want to see the before/after. NOT yall trashing the shoe, and then after. I like to see "real" wear.

Bake the midsoles at 200 degrees for 10 minutes to get a soft creamy result.
