Planned 50+ story Riverwalk Tower to change Tampa's skyline

A 50 plus story mixed-use-tower will be built along the Riverwalk on property located on Ashley Drive that was once slated for Tampa's Trump Tower that fell through in 2006.

Not going to happen folks, at least not in it's current rendered form. The top floors were not selling, so back to the drawing board. If they build, I'd expect the building to top out in the 40 floor range.
