"Ciara & Colin" sounds like a late-sixties folk duo. Can we make that happen? Just write a back story. For their comeback special Eadaoin & Lena's Bananarama tribute band could open!
Ciara was a young musician in an Irish folk band. Colin was studying English literature. Ciara’s band was playing at the campus pub where Colin was drinking and working on a paper or reading. As she played the words flowed, but since he’d had a pint or two Colin was forgetful and left his notes at the table where Ciara found them and she read them. The day she returned them to a relieved Colin, he asked is she read any of what he wrote. He continued to say that while he was studying English, his real interest was songwriting.
The overall look is slightly jarring, but they pull it off very well. I suspect the outfits are much higher quality materials than similar outfits from the 80's. But the vibe is 100% "I'm the CEO and you know you men couldn't even begin to compare." 5 stars.

Try it on the rocks with Perrier. No joke, it brings out the chocolate flavoring. I would also letting it sit for a bit, too. After the ice had melted, it was pretty amazing.

I have a slightly different angle on Justine's idea to put the first drink in a martini glass for people at a party. What if for a summertime treat you put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a mixed drink glass and pored the cold brew over it?
I’m preaching to the choir here,but Jameson is heavenly. Never tried that cold brew,interesting! The closest that I’ve ever come to ‘mixing’ Jameson is simply, on a hot summer day,a shot or more of Jameson,with a shamefully cold beer as a chaser. We like our beer stupidly cold in the States. Sorry, I should speak for myself.
When I did a hospitality course I had to practice barista coffee for most of the day using coffee blends and mixtures and chocolate flavourings. Later in the afternoon we practiced pouring and making alcoholic shots and because we did it all in one day I was buzzing the whole day and night. My body was running on Alot of coffee and soo many shots. My friend couldn't still still she managed to walk all the way from one side of our town to the other she was buzzing more then me.
Every time I watch the alcohol videos, I reflect on my own drinking and I feel my drinking is vanilla compared to these guys and I’m nearly in my 30’s 😂😂 Much Love ❤️🏴
For me, Jameson Cold Brew is best served neat at room temp. Both the Jameson and the coffee shine through better than chilled or on the rocks. Colder temps inhibit the aroma and flavor IMO.
Coffee and whiskey, vodka, tequila all work and they work hot or cold. With or without cream, and with or without added vanilla though the harsh whiskey almost needs a tiny bit. Nutmeg all spice etc optional, but then you're deep in egg nog territory. And as always with these mixers - harsh and cheap liquor almost works better than the good and smooth stuff.
I add a dash of honey liqueur to mine and serve on the rocks, it tastes great. Don't add too much though, or the honey flavor overpowers the whiskey & coffee flavors.

Colin, you're on to something with the Jameson-apple combo. Here in Australia Jameson used to have a pre-mixed Jameson and cloudy apple and it was amazing. But then they discontinued it. So now during summer I pour equal parts Jameson, the best cloudy apple juice money can buy and soda into a pint glass full of ice and guzzle that elixir down! Omnomnom! Canadian Club is pretty good also, but you didn't read that here 😎
