Have you heard William Maranci's iteration of Deftones' "Change" with the vocals of "Toxic", by any chance? Personally feel like that was when I realised the song had a grittiness that allowed for surprisingly... natural combinations across genres. Closest thing I can really compare it to are female-led metal bands like Dead Sara and Evanescence.
That's because Toxic was concocted in a lab by a group of old dudes in labcoats to be *the catchiest song of all time,* and ain't no genre-switching gonna get in the way of that. Please, god, somebody tell me who originally made that joke, I can't figure it out for the life of me.

I love the green and purple color combo here - both colors are known for symbolizing poison especially when paired, and adding the jellyfish (venomous) and the smoke/fog (which could symbolize the smoke from a potion or could be bc smoking is bad for u) are genius touches. Also loving the way Lollia is styled here - looking like an anime villain in the best way!
